Clif has just posted the webbot (ALTA) report for October to his website, halfpasthuman.com. It is available for purchase by those interested (28 pages). Price is $15USD and can be paid via PayPal or by Bitcoin. Please support Clif if you can by purchasing the full report...it's quite a read!

While it is inappropriate to post the whole report (which details considerable turmoil beginning in the next week or so and a coming severe winter especially in UK), a summary quotation should be acceptable:

Conclusion: Floodlights!

The data sets have us poised on a temporal knife edge. There are conflicting views of the future swirling through modelspace. An interpretation based solely on emotional sums would have Trump the next president of the USAPop JUST as the largest ever bond crash occurs.

The conflict arises in that ThePowersThatBe sets are maintaining that they will 'shovel hillary into (power)', and this is in spite of the 'landslide of voting for Trump'.

The data does NOT reconcile the conflict. It does appear that by January, the 'contention' is resolved, but nothing within the data sets forecasts the 'how', or 'by whom'.

What does show is that by January, USAPop is faced with 'debt destruction', 'bond market chaos', 'political parties disintegrating', 'irrelevant Fed', EU (and NATO) break-up pressures, and the 'dysfunction of the western banking system'. Whatever the outcome of the elections, the data sets are quite clearly forecasting that the floodlights will be turned on the USAPop dysfunction for all to see...including ourselves! The only question remaining at that time is whether there is enough adult supervision to acknowledge our problems (and faults), and get to fixing them...or to continue to try to live in the politically correct world of denial.

Yep, I followed the lead and got the ALTA report for October. I think if you don't get these very often, you get a lot out of the read. One reason I decided to buy it now, is to get in while US dollars is still an option on Clif's website. If he turns over to Bitcoin, I may not be able to afford it!

Thank you, Bill, for keeping us informed.

Any good news?
Any suggestions for positive action?
The good news is that a corrupted system is finally being illuminated and is falling apart! O.o:D :)

In my humble opinion (as I know there are many others), the best thing we can do is to stand strong in our own integrity, know that together we (as Source/Universe) are unlimited, and that we are bringing about positive change simply by being the best and highest expressions of ourselves that we can be in every moment!

Go, team!!!

:-D:):D:p<3<3<3

Stargazer, always appreciate your cheerleading.

Bill, I was actually asking if the report specified any plan of action for the readers or contained any positive news. I think, Stargazer, you were stating your editorial opinion, which was indeed welcomed.

Krena, while the report overall does outline a lot of coming turmoil it is in the vein of "got to get rid of the bad to get to the good." There are some things that have been described in this and other reports such as a shift to the "new electrics" that bring a lot of advanced technologies to humanity. Also a shift in power away from large national governments to those more regionally/locally based. Wonky weather and earth changes are predicted so there will be turmoil on multiple fronts.

As for short term recommendations it generally runs towards having some level of supplies to address disruptions (but not end of the world stuff) and connecting with your neighbors locally to work together. Also if you can move assets into silver or Bitcoin as many of the fiat currencies may not survive. And be ready to adapt to the coming changes....the world won't be the one it was before. We get through the turmoil in the coming years and the world ends up better overall. That's my take from having read several of the webbot reports.

Bill, thank you for taking the time to fill out missing information.

I understand that the reports are sometimes made to prevent things from happening, but overall, I find the news on the gloomy side. However, I wondered if that was from people's summaries...and not the full picture, as bad news is reported more often than good news.

A bit graphic but it's like popping a zit...not pretty or pleasant but effective and needs to be done to clear things up.

Krena, a longer range prediction that I found interesting was that gold will become so much "re-valued" that there will be eruptions of gold rushes again all over the place, and particularly in southern California, there may be instances of people digging down through the floors of their houses to get at what they perceive to be old gold seams that have since been built on. In a similar vein, people will go mad for silver, which may create turmoil as they steal anything with silver in it, such as church plate, museum artefacts, etc. I hope it doesn't go as far as this.

Also of interest was the prediction that over the next 10 years it will be recognized that some of the older earth-based surveillance and communications systems are safer than relying on expensive and vulnerable space objects such as satellites. However, since China has had an uptick in space endeavours, they are likely soon to have a lunar discovery, which aids technological advancement here on Earth. Also, the Chinese will be mining oceans, and will develop sub-ocean accommodation right at the mine site. This will create places where artificial light shines up from the ocean depths and cruise ships may visit those as part of the tourist trail. In particular, this may occur off the eastern coast of South Africa, where China and South Africa will have a "fraught" connection in gold and minerals exploration. There was quite a lot of emphasis on China taking a forward stance in power plays due to their ability to develop quickly.

@Kristina. I googled GSIB and only got a rudimentary idea of what this issue involves.

If you understand it, would you please explain how this impacts common citizens with bank accounts?

Thank you.

Hi Krena, I am not sure if I understand it fully either... :-D. I don´know what GSIB stands for?

But I try to put into words how I understand it. The problem lies in the way how financial institutions create, cross sell and buy derivatives and other "toxic financial instruments. They basically create these financial instruments betting on certain outcomes (like rise or decrease of stock prices, commodities, house prices etc..). From Investopedia: "Derivatives can also be used for speculation in betting on the future price of an asset or in circumventing exchange rate issues. For example, a European investor purchasing shares of an American company off of an American exchange (using U.S. dollars to do so) would be exposed to exchange-rate risk while holding that stock. To hedge this risk, the investor could purchase currency futures to lock in a specified exchange rate for the future stock sale and currency conversion back into Euros. Additionally, many derivatives are characterized by high leverage."

Because of the high leverages involved, if one major player fails, it could create a domino effect globally. Simply put, there would not be enough money in the market to cover losses of all counterparts. Of course there are normal counterpart risks with DB, but the problem lies with these instruments with leverage...
When trust for banks would evaporate, people would start to draw money from banks and bank run would start. In that case banks would have no other option than to limit the money people can take out of banks (that happened in Greece).
I really don´t know if governments would allow this to happen. How I see it, is that if that would happen, it could be a short term chaos and new system should be established quickly to facilitate money interactions and revaluation of money could be the result as well (as a part of new money system that could be maybe gold based or something other).

Thank you, Kristina.

I am attempting to drill down in understanding so we all can face what looks like the apparent chaos so many are predicting. Intelligently.

I have heard for years about investing in silver and gold, but right now, I see no way how that can translate that into normal transactions, say at a grocery store. No place near me accepts bitcoins.

Likewise, stashing cash at home when the currency may be deemed worthless is also not exactly wise, though I just spoke to my bank president, and she keeps a hidden home safe.

Living with expected chaos is not good for the adrenal glands. Stress can be countered with a smart plan, but I really don't see that emerging yet. Keeping stocked for a few weeks is common practice and good sense. What else?

Purchase what you desire or need now?

Please feel free to weigh in with practical strategies.

It is one thing to be forewarned. Another to feel sure that we are doing all we can.

That is the question, isn't it.
Being prudent and aware versus going overboard and supporting a less desirable outcome.

For me, it is like being prepared for a major storm with power outages and inability to travel.

I fill up my car at the half way mark. (My Grandfather taught me the wisdom of "driving on the top half".
We have battery operated lanterns, which we've used several times.
Our home is well insulated. We've caulked any openings around the outside.
I bought some insulated curtains on sale. They are too ugly to keep up all the time, but I cover the windows (hooks and eyes or tension rods) when it gets cold. I've also done this when the AC was out.
I keep a reasonably stocked pantry and freezer.
I have a cast iron skillet and kettle, which can be used on a campfire, as well as on the stove.
I have recipes for things that could be cooked on the grill or campfire.
I gathered the families together at our end of the block, and we have a list of our names, phone numbers, and emails.
There are some natural water sources around us, as well as quite a few pools. I know how to make the water safe to drink and keep bleach on hand.
We buy medicines in 3 month batches.
Last, but not least, I keep a very good supply of toilet tissue on hand.

Lol, definitely top of the list, although Nature does have some handy alternatives in an emergency
If you go this route, it is imperative that you be able to recognize poison ivy, etc. :nail

Krena you may want to check out the Zerohedge.com website for info on DB and other financial shenanigans around the world. While they are in the camp of "it's all manipulated and the crash is coming" many of the articles are quite informative and not what you are going to see in MSM financial news which is "selling" a story. They have a series of stories about DB...one of which includes this telling graphic (below) about how significant their bond derivative exposure is and why they are a "systemic risk." Way more than Lehman's was when it went under in 2008. Clif High's webbot is forecasting it starts unravelling in a big way on Oct 8th and D-day is Oct 11th. Is that true...don't know...but worth keeping an eye on. And Linda's suggestions are wise in my view. (And I do have 5 cases of TP in the spare bedroom....just sayin'!)

Thank you, Linda. That is a good reference for everyone.

Yes, that is very close to what I do now to prepare: staying stocked and "batteried" for a storm. We have many of them. I pay particular attention to toilet paper, but Bill had me thinking: more! We don't have fresh water source. We have the ocean and oddly enough, lobsters, as our easiest food resource. We have a cohesive neighborhood. But it is time to check batteries in flashlights and general inventory.

However, I have been thinking about whether if there is any other preparation for a financial collapse, considering the webbot report and the repetition of his warnings. Anything else?

This is not a fear based question. Just a consideration for action.

Bartering could come into play.

My husband and I know how to do basic repairs, which many of our neighbors do not.
People will want things like liquor, sugar, salt, and coffee, which may be in short supply.
If you cannot buy pet food, how will you make it from your supplies? (I get a new bag when the old one is about half gone.)
Also, basic first aid knowledge and supplies might be helpful.
We've kept our landline (phone) because cell service sometimes is spotty here.
I have a written list of phone numbers.

We've been without electricity before. It is doable if you've given it some thought, and that is all that I am saying - just a few minutes of practical, rational thinking.

I want to emphasize that I've done none of these things from a fear standpoint. I'm the kind of person who thinks about possibilities and what I might reasonably do. It must be the pioneer influence.

Remember when people thought everything would fall apart when we went from 1999 to 2000? I knew someone who bought cases of dehydrated meals. Me - I got extra cans of soup and bottled water. I figured we could heat the soup up on the grill if worse came to worse. I had no premonitions of chaos, but I figured it was easy enough to do a few things that might make it easier on us, just in case.

It is like taking a sweater with you to a movie in case they have the AC on icebox setting. You don't have to have it, but it might help you feel more comfortable.

Great continued information. This deserves a separate thread for sensible, helpful and thoughtful advice.

Bartering. Supplies of scarce resources. First Aid. Landline. Info on paper. Reasonable planning for comfort. Excellent.

I keep an emergency suitcase of supplies. Flashlights in every room.

I love the movie sweater example!

Last year I bought the 2-burner gas stove (big enough to sit a wok on or 2 decent sized saucepans) which is still in its box. I also have 3 full gas bottles. This can be set up on a table outdoors (in my case, the courtyard). But I don't keep the gas bottles inside the house or in the shed. They sometimes leak gas. At that time I also bought big plastic water containers which I could personally lift, with little taps on the bottom of them. I keep them empty and if I need to can rush them to every tap in the house and have them filled, and put a couple of drops of bleach in each. I even bought one of the old medicinal glass droppers, to measure it out (but hard to come by, these days). I still haven't got the water situation completely figured out, as I believe water with bleach in it decays in freshness. So I just ordered 3x slimline rainwater tanks which will fit an urban courtyard. They are only 0.8m diameter and take less than half a square meter of space to stand on. I am pouring concrete tomorrow to make sure they have a firm base. I am going to hook them up with PVC pipe to ensure water fills from all available roof spaces. They take 720 litres each, so this makes 2160 litres (noticing numerical synchronicity!). Luckily where I live we hardly ever have chemtrails - don't tell anyone! I have only ever seen a handful, must be when someone got cocky and dragged that cocktail all the way over here. I'm thinking I can boil the water in the saucepans if needed for drinking, if it got to that.

If anyone visits, having rain tanks will not be out of the ordinary, and it's good conservation, anyway. (I do think preps should not be too obvious, or we may all be overrun by people who hadn't thought to do so.)

But I agree with just doing the sensible things, without going overboard. My TP stores (which I considered large) have been petering out due to large numbers of teenagers using my facilities!

It is an Apocalytic vision here o_O:eek:
Spreading such news is sending them directly on the internet to happen.
We live in a quantum field and our thoughts are like constructions they materialize because we believe in them.
We are all able to make a change. I don't believe in such visions.
Everyone can see what he wants but I want to see the Light we are and we give.
I wont give one dollar for one of these reports. We have to keep our frequencies as high as possible.
We can move to the New Terra with the love we share.
Those who will fall they will because they did things to fall.
Those who want to build a new peaceful world will succeed because their thoughts are constructive and positive and healthy.
I guess It is better to focuse on the success of peace on Earth than anything else. Money is energy like Love. :)

I believe there is room for a range of views in this discussion. Those of us who responded did so from experience and guidance. It is very likely that different ones among us are being given different guidance based on where we live.
Everything I read was about taking reasonable steps, as we do for extreme weather events.

Thank you Henda for bringing your insight into this discussion, it was a highly valuable reminder for me who we really are, as creator beings.
I would like share how I see things. Even if there would be any kind of financial crisis, I truly believe that it would be actually a much awaited solution to current broken system and heralds the way to a much much better, more prosperous life for everybody. And it comes with a major shift of consciousness, new abilities, major new discoveries and solutions for big problems. So all is well, with or without any bumps in economy.
