I was thinking to my self, where should I create this thread on the Forum? I decided in the end to stick it on the shift in consciousness board, as while there are always going to be incoming energies, especially from the Sun and the astrological influences, the shift and the new earth situation is really the main catalyst in our lifetime. We have energies incoming from exploding stars, the galactic center (black hole), comets, dwarf planets, and more.

This thread is where you can go to report how you are feeling on an energetic level, to share and possibly validate with others. Feel free to include solar activity and so on and so forth based on influences you may be aware of.

Some great information came through about what is influencing us in one of the QHHT sessions I conducted with my client Lai Jumoke, who's one of our moderators on the Forum (He's not on much though as his new University position in CA, USA, keeps him busy.) The transcribed session can be found here. Below is a description of the parts of the article which relate:

I don't know if it was the energies turning this way and that way last weekend, but Sun night I was so restless. Normally a sound sleeper I couldn't sleep. There was so much energy pouring through me. I've felt energy running through my body many times, usually when I'm relaxed in bed, but never quite this strong. It started in my head and initially stopped below the chest. The brow, throat and chest felt the most consentration, made me think. ' chakras ' then it descended down to my feet. It stayed for some time and gave me quite a headache. . I wondered if anyone else felt something similar.

I have been having these same symptoms for more than a week. It began on March actually and I have been coping with them. Sometimes I al all sweaty. i cannot control the heat coming. Al I can do is sending it back to Earth. And it works. Earth help us so well in this !

"This whole last week shows quite some extremes, and it is for everyone to see and feel what kind of Space Weather Anomaly impacts and impacted you the most.

Since May 20th, we have been in a constant Electron Storm with around 100,000 Electrons per cm2 instead of only 1,000. Many of us Feel Highly Charged all week because of this and have loud beeps in both ears. (First picture)

May 23rd, a partly EarthFacing CME occurred, expecting to impact Earth last Friday 26th afternoon UTC.

May 26th in the early Friday morning hours UTC (still Thursday evening in the US), I couldn't sleep because of High Speed Solar Winds of over 800 km/s and though this was likely an early arrival of the expected CME, it has never been reported as such. (Third picture)

Then yesterday evening UTC, more than 24 hours after the expected CME, a sudden increase in Solar activity with hardly any Solar Wind Speed increase but significant density and temperature increase, we went into extreme GeoMagnetic Storms.

The InterPlanetary Magnetic Field was Southward directed so it could very easily flow into our Earth's Magnetic Field.
It's a serious Storm that will continue being unstable for a few days.
Air Traffic is or was in trouble. London canceled all flights.

When there are no geomagnetic storms, the Cosmic energies flow more strongly and these ones are of much higher frequency than the solar ones. So what happens is that when the sun shows no apparent activity for many days then the Cosmic rays radiated become stronger and more constant.

Had an unusual occurrence this morning. Got a massive nosebleed that went on for 30 minutes before I could get it to stop. Laid down for an hour, got up, started again. Laid back down. Finally after 2.5 hrs I was able to get up and stay vertical but taking it very easy today. I never get nosebleeds but last week I had a one of a few drops then stopped. Didn't think too much about it...perhaps it was tied to a meaningful passage I was reading in the final few pages of the Hands of Light book and thought the universe was sending me a message but not sure. But after today it makes me wonder just what is going on?

Carl - no particular allergies. It stopped after about 30 minutes as long as I was laying down. But took a couple of hours to heal up enough that it didn't restart when I stood up. Not painful, but very messy!

Bill, I have been a nose-bleed sufferer all my life, and those long ones are very trying and worrying. However, I learned a simple trick along the way. Get a packet of frozen food and cushion that around the back of your neck (while sitting up). The cold has worked every time to shut off the bleed quickly. Once I was driving down a major highway and a bad bleed started up. I was forced to leave the highway, and seek help from a stranger at the first house I arrived at. Yes, the saviour was a bag of frozen corn and peas.

I used to bleed a lot as a child, and it would last for a very long time. Then when my mom found out how bad it was she learned a super easy method, I think as effective as the one Hailstones mentions. Just add some vinegar to a tissue and stick that inside your nose like this and it stops instantly:

Interesting. I used to get lots of nosebleeds till I was around 25. My daughter got them too as a teenager. I thought of them as nothing more then a nuisance. Ain't had one in a long time.
With the sleeplessness, I'm usually awake around 3am. Sometimes i can get back to sleep and sometimes I can't. I'm finding that instead of waking up with a WTF. I just stay calm and roll with it. Sometimes I get up looking bleary eyed at FB or play euchre on line or solitaire.

Nose bleeds can be about about feeling hurt, victimized, shut out. Blaming, pointing your finger at others can relate. Deep anger and frustration about things not happening the way you want them to, plus feeling inferior, ashamed, confused can connect in. It can come down to a need, either conscious or not, for attention and nourishing care.

This afternoon, I was feeling drowsy and thought I might rest for just a bit...............which turned into 2.5 hours.
When I got in bed, I felt energy flowing and started feeling warm. Then I saw little energy rockets bursting from me and going high into the sky. After that stopped, energy started pulsing through my feet and hands, and then I slept.
You know how it is - just another afternoon in Lindaland .
This is the first time for the energy rockets - not sure what that is about.

All I want to do is sleep, I don't want to get up I feel I could sleep,all day, makes me wonder if I am astral traveling, if I am I wish I could jolly well remember. My 84 year old friend just called me, she is wide awake and has been aware all life. She, like myself has been feeling the energies, she phoned to say that today she had this wonderful uplifting experience. She said it was so strong at one point that she wondered what was happening to her, and, this is going to sound strange, wondered if she would be able to bear it if it became any stronger. She phoned to see if I had felt anything similar. She also said and I feel quite excited about this, that the feeling was that things are getting better very soon. Knowing this lady as I do this won't be imagination, she has had quite a few wonderful experiences over the years.

3 days ago the winds came up for maybe 10 minutes in the early evening. When I went outside, I saw the top of a tree had been twisted off. (This tree has struggled through the drought, and we've done all we could to help it along.) It was a microburst - a narrow shaft of spinning wind that drops down for a second and goes away. The next day when I was driving, I noticed 2 other trees in the same state.

For 2 days I've had energies pulsing through my body and just wanted to sleep. It pours through my feet and hands. Like June and her friend, I wondered how much more I could take. Then I woke up this morning and felt more integrated and settled. Thank goodness for that!

Pucksterguy I do understand. I've had a few days of my greatest accomplishments being washing dishes and cooking dinner. Even then I had to rest afterwards. I salute everyone who has to go out and work all day.

The way I look at it is that carrying unresolved issues are burdens we've grown used to. Once we get our bearings after they are released, then we feel much better. That in between time is like letting go of one trapeze bar and waiting for the next one to come within our grasp - a bit unsettling at first.

As the emotions are extremely high during a spiritual experience, the emotions can cause the blood pressure to rise extremely fast – which is in itself dangerous, and the sudden rise may cause the hemorrhaging.

I have a lot of electricity in my body which I consider a blessing...ha maybe someday I can generate enough to light myself up!

I also wanted to say to Bill that I just read not long ago that getting rid of OLD blood is the best way to generate NEW blood in the body and that this is probably what your body was doing for itself! It is a detox of sorts led by parts unknown! Makes one feel kinda weird to find out your body does things without asking you! Now you have all kinds of new blood cells running around in there managing your immune system and building on those new energies coming Earth direction! Congrats!

I have been having extra loud ringing in the ears. Regular ringing has been going on for about 2012 which I think has a lot to do with things going on around me and the fact we have a death tower on top the hill in the neighbors yard. He gets 600.00 a month and we get all kinds of crap. Anyway, I also see little sparks of violet and sometimes goldish green that seem to fade out like it is flying off into the distance. Also have been seeing activity with the energy field itself with waves and shadows. Anybody else?

Unfortunately I didn't remember any dreams at all. If I traveled in the astral I didn't remember either. Still think it was just related to the heavily stressed muscles from digging the grave for my cat. EKG showed all was normal when I visited my doctor's office a couple of days ago. I refused though the take the muscle relaxant it was prescribed -the heart is a muscle too and you don't play with it.

That can be reproduced if you wish -takes just a bit of practice. It was very useful in the past for me when I went to shopping malls or wanted in a way to become "invisible" in a crowd to allow me to study others without being interrupted (even by pesky "sales folks"). For beginners, ground yourself, create a defensive bubble around you and maintain serenity inside it, no matter what, and you are on your way.

Yes, gold, green, blue are very good too depending on the intended purpose -some people love purple ones. Try pink and you'll be surprised at the results -especially if having to deal with kids, even if they are a bit on the unruly side.

Hi, was that a feeling of being in a light and flitting bubble where the voices were muffled and quiet?

This did not feel like the voices were muffled nor quiet so much as (hard to describe, lol!) I was weaving between and around not just voices but objects, thoughts, lights, etc...best description I can find is that I was in the spaces between...like when you notice that an atom is mostly space and you focus on/occupy the space rather than the nucleus or electrons which are typically the focus. Doing so seemed to make the interaction between 'solid' objects somehow more visible. This change in focus did, I guess, have the effect of making the background voices less noticable, so you could say muffled, I guess, but i think only because the spaces were so prominent.

I'm sorry, my description seems so vague. I am finding this tough to describe via language. It was more a feeling, like when I remembered flying as a child...just couldn't really put the feeling and my certainty in the feeling into language as the words were entirely missing the key elements.

From what you say, the grounded feeling was one of connectedness. Being connected inwardly, the external chatter and paraphernalia tends to quiet down, to blend into the life stream.

It seems to have been a very Taoist moment of being in flow.

I had two M class flare alerts in the past 8 hours or so. (it's been a while since the last major flare. my records show the 20th of August when a C 9.4 hit) The last one that just arrived was an M 1.5. I'm not sure how directly facing they are to Earth, but I'm sure Ben will let everyone know on his YT channel. (I consider this size as minor though)

I've been signed up to an Australian alerting system for years now. (www.ips.gov.au). It's interesting the subject they have for these automated emails. "[Ips-flare-alert] SWS FLARE INFORMATION - END OF EVENT issued 1537 UT on 04 Sep 2017 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]". Note the unclassified bit at the end... I wonder what flares they don't tell the public about. (Which includes my thinking around other Government space weather agencies around world who keep back information)

The Kpindex showed a bit of activity back on the second. (It's too early for it to pick up on these current CMEs.

A solar flare is under way which has reached X7.2 as of about 45 minutes ago. It's predicted it may reach X9.3. It was not a long duration event, meaning it could have had a lot more energy released. A few more hours is required for more info to be released about it's impact. Over the past two days there's been flaring activity and there's already a CME on the way to Earth. The impact of that one will be in about 10 hours time from this post. Strong geomagnetic storms are expected. (The attached image is of the recent X ray flare) You may be interested to know that a scientific article came out mid August which basically shows solar storms likely trigger sperm whale strandings. It's ended up being a 9.3, the strongest solar flare in over a decade.

X-rays and UV radiation from the event ionized the top of Earth's atmosphere. This has resulted in a shortwave radio blackout over Africa, Europe, and the Atlantic Ocean. A black out map is below thanks to spaceweather.com.

A level 4 Geomagnetic Storm is occurring right now as a result of the recent activity on the Sun. Ben Davidson, over on his Suspicious0bservers YouTube channel has determined that this may not the peak just yet, as there is a third CME to arrive, which he predicts is the largest of the three recent ones. Based on NOAA’s space weather scales, a G4 Geomagnetic Storm is the second highest, with G5 being the maximum. Their scale indicates that power systems will be disrupted with possible widespread voltage control problems and some protective systems will mistakenly trip out key assets from the grid. Spacecraft operations may experience surface charging and tracking problems, corrections may be needed for orientation problems. HF radio propagation will be sporadic. Satellite navigation should degrade for hours. Low-frequency radio navigation will be disrupted, and aurora will likely be seen as low as Alabama and northern California in the US.

As to the further effects of the solar energy, a range of things can occur. It does depend upon how directly earth facing they are. Generally speaking, they can impact communications from satellites to ground based communication (including not just distorting them, but damaging them); electronics can be damaged, and basically destroyed if they are strong enough; they are known to increase the risk of heart attacks/strokes; they create strong aurora on the poles; electrical surges can end up traveling along the power grids as a result leading to power blackouts and fuel leaks. The higher dose of radiation means those on the International Space Station need to take cover inside special areas built for this purpose on ISS. People in the air can end up having higher doses of radiation. Strandings of whales and dolphins do occur as a result (a recent study was released about this). Large scale weather events, earthquakes and possibly even volcanic eruptions can begin to manifest afterwards.

What I see as most important is that they impact people’s decision making, thoughts, emotions and consciousness in general. Sometimes it’s like an eclipse, an alignment of the planets, or full moon in terms of the way people may behave when the energy reaches Earth. I also see it as part of the changes going on, so it’s all connected into the spiritual growth of all life, but also DNA and cellular changes all over the planet, which is also connected into the shift in consciousness.

Spaceweather.com reports: "Last night, April 19-20, a shock wave in the solar wind hit Earth's magnetic field, sparking a moderately strong G2-class geomagnetic storm and rare "electric blue" auroras seen from airplanes in flight over Canada. Northern Lights spilled across the Canadian border into a number of US states."

I wasn't aware of the situation until I posted that. I don't think they come down as far as Arizona.

Have you noticed that this time of year (late April) can be especially heavy for earthquakes, which may be related to solar activity patterns affecting tectonics. Do you remember the Nepal earthquake that struck Kathmandu on 25th April, 2015? I do think the influence of any solar activity is at times of solar maxima, and is decreased at times of solar minima. Apparently we are nearing the end of the current phase of solar maxima and will enter solar minima in the next two years. If anyone here knows space weather, do you know if solar winds continue even at periods of low CMEs?

The solar wind is constant, there are just times when it's stronger as a result of the activity on the sun.

You may recall coronal holes, those dark empty like areas that are very large and take up a big section of the sun on occasion. That is also when the solar winds come forth towards us. A stream originating from a coronal hole can be seen as a steady high-speed stream of solar wind as where a coronal mass ejection is more like an enormous fast-moving cloud of solar plasma.

I've been out of it since the weekend, haven't been able to put one thought in front of another. The incoming energies are really heavy at the moment, and I'm still clearing old stuff. Today has been really bad, I can't say how bad I've been feeling today because I'd probably be arrested. Just starting to feel somewhat better, for today that is, I don't know about ongoing.

As for driving into town, the whole world's gone mad. If it isn't a German car trying to see if it can fit into your exhaust pipe, it's a Fiat 500 tootling along at 20 mph up to the traffic lights on green, knowing that they are about to go back to red. Meanwhile pedestrians have totally lost it, jumping out into the traffic flow without a care in the world as though they have right of way when there is a perfectly good crossing just a few yards away.
