I had to take a break so I wouldn't aggravate this shoulder and bad neck pain I have had. Today it may be noticeably better, but it did get quite extreme for a half a week or so. I should be able to start up the squats again in a day or two.Laron, I expect you did your squats on the plane?

It' much better today but I still feel something up in my neck going on!I'm sorry about your neck pain. Those sudden seizes can be quite debilitating.

I hope you resolve your fatigue issues!I am taking a break from exercise until my health is back in order. It’s making my fatigue worse. Sometimes it helps & gives me energy and sometimes it makes it worse.
