I did 100 yesterday morning. My plan is to squat tonight.

I totally failed the consecutive day squat challenge, but if I just did squats I could have done it!
Seems to me that you aced the 'Laron Heatlh Challenge +/- squats"
Me, I kept it simple: squats. Anything else was gravy.
All of us who did the challenge are winners in my books because we worked out. Also, I don't know about you but I am in distinctly better shape... just in the thighs in my case:ROFL: which is very welcome. I have plans for aerobics coming up, so this is a great start to build on.

I am weaker, but I am still going anyway. Getting sick only temporarily stops me. :)

Hmm, I started this in January & it is already APRIL! Where did the time go?
I’m just going to restart this for myself and anyone else who wants to join. I know I need the exercise on a consistent basis!! :)

I just caught back up w my squats today after travel, etc.
Did 150 w my dad who was an inspiration, so am back on track for some daily sweaty love<3

240 crunches
150 squats
750 skips
60 pushups
30 minute run
20 min walk
40 bench dips
50? tree ups (using tree branch to lift my self up)
Oooh, used to love doing 'tree-ups' as a kid. We had the perfect branch. It eventually came down with 1/3 of the tree, while I was hanging upside down from my 'tree-up' branch. Fortunately, it did so gradually so that I was able to reach out my hands to the nearing ground and just stand up from it.
Would love to find a nearby branch for some more<3

I'm going to start some different exercises today. I'm starting the couch to 5k with a friend.

I've also ordered a yoga video to try to do on the off days, so that should be here Monday, probably.

I'm hoping that having a friend in person to do the running will keep me on it. We have some beautiful weather here to start!

150 heel situps
150 squats
(skipping rope broken, but got 400 in before it broke)
60 pushups
30 minute run
20 min walk
40 bench dips
50 tree ups (using tree branch to lift my self up but on 90 degree angle)

I have to finish first!

We had the perfect branch.
I have trouble finding the perfect branch! Here I have to watch out for cacti, ground squirrels, snakes, centipedes, scorpions and bulls.. ran into my first two bulls today, but I've fine around cattle from growing up on dairy farms, so that was alright.

I'm also marking my progress in a calendar to be able to visually see progress and time logged in. Hopefully it give me a little encouragement.
