Waldorf/Rudolf Steiner teachers were singing to teachers from other schools. It was quite an emotional experience.
Many people consider the Lotus Heart (https://thelotusheart.co.nz/) a spiritual hub, a rarity in the city, and a safe space to mingle with amazing vegetarian and vegan food. I can understand why the teachers gravitated there.
Staff at Lotus Heart are disciples of Sri Chinmoy, an Indian spiritual teacher. Various events are held at the center including Monday night (7PM) meditation which is open to the public.
At the start of the week, the mandates came into play in the Healthcare and Education sectors. The energies were very low on Monday for a lot of sensitives out there including myself.
Last week the Lotus Heart had a visit from the police. A few days before, an article on stuff.co.nz outed all the staff for not wearing masks and using exemptions. In New Zealand right now, you don't need to produce an exemption card to authorities, or explain why you have one, which may include confidential information between you and your doctor. So basically anyone can use an exemption if they choose to, but this doesn't mean you don't get harassed by staff and police who tend to bully people and step around the law based on many videos shared on social media.
