In an effort to move more & be fit, I challenge you to do 50 squats a day with me for 40 days. You owe it to yourself to have strong, sexy legs!
Let’s keep each other accountable and post in daily after we have completed our daily 50 squats.
If you are new to squats, you can break up the 50 throughout the day. If 50 is too easy, then by all means, challenge yourself and squat more! Let me know how many you do as this will help me to push myself more. We can do this together!
If you skip a day, then you have to make it up. Yes, that means 100!
