Dr Mark Hyman got a broken brain when he experienced mercury toxicity and, when he recovered he told everyone about his healing journey in a docuseries called The Broken Brain. When he got so sick again that he was bedridden from mold toxicity he started a new healing journey that resulted in this docuseries. There's a lot more to this than just mercury + mold as you can see from this outline of topics:
The primary speaker has a great way of framing concepts that puzzle most of us so that they make sense and then goes on to let us know what we can do to heal. In addition to this a panel of patients, experts and researchers fills out the cast of speakers.
The gut-brain and heart-brain are discussed as well as the role of emotions and beliefs; so this really covers the spectrum from nitty gritty lab testing and treating type medicine across to the more esoteric side of health and healing. It's all part of the picture.
