(skipping rope broken)
60 pushups
30 minute run
30 min walk (went longer into the desert)
45 bench dips (these are getting easier)
90 tree ups (using tree branch to lift my self up but on 90 degree angle)
I'm not stopping but I will stop recording my sessions on here as I'm not following the original purpose of this thread exactly!
That's pretty much what I am continuing to do too.I am keeping up w my squats. Some days I get them all in, some days I get some in but at least I’m not skipping days. I meet my body where it is.
