(yesterday, I forgot to add)

Day 27/40 complete!

600 skips
150 squats
60 pushups (I've started doing real pushups so I am having to put my knees down when my arms loose their strength depending on how far through I am with the set)
150 heel situps
30 minute run
15 min walk

Good job @ Laron & Angela! Bet Lila is doing great too!

As for me, a major energy suck has taken me down. I’ll do a little bit, then rest, & repeat. I need to get back into exercise. :-/

A handful of days ago I got really down and kind of stopped a bit. The day before yesterday I did 25, but I haven't gotten myself up to do 50 lately.
Today I had dental work done so I'm feeling tired and groggy.
Sorry. I've fallen off the wagon!

Still keeping going with the squats.
My body is loving it!

Wonder what those 'things where you put your hands behind you and push your self up when kneeling' are? Haven't managed to picture a workable model of that yet, lol, let alone try to perform it.

Done some good long walks too... which led to some intense stretches.

I am getting back into exercise. I was doing it daily and then got sick twice and have been dealing w some emotional stuff, so I think the Universe was testing me. I think it is called an Echo Reverberation, manifested by my own fears, doubts, & negativity, which is explained really well in the below video.

Good for you Laron, I can’t even squat without falling over, let alone stand up. :))

Manage some yoga though, gives a good feeling and keeps the old blood flowing

It may be called a bench dip, but I don't have my legs out straight like google images is showing me.

I started into a heavy metal detox a couple days ago. I think after some of the headache symptoms reduce I'll try to pick up some movements to get my lymph system a little more active. It may include the squats, it may not.
Truthfully, my legs have always been in pretty fine order, it's my upper body that seriously need some help. So I may try to put together some sort of routine, maybe plank exercises, some sort of jumping? I don't know. Any suggestions for getting the lymphatic system a little more keyed up would be appreciated.

Regarding lymphatics, I agree I'd start with movement.
Also, saunas can help, or a 'quick and dirty' version in the shower where you change the water temperature by varying hot and cold can certainly stimulate things; same idea as going from a hot tub to a cool pool, back and forth.
Then, if you have any scars, you can slowly try to work them out (if that's pertinent).

BTW, still keeping up the daily 50 squats:)

Any kind of cardio is good to get the lymph moving. Massage also helps. Dry-brushing will move lymphatic fluid and it is a good daily routine before showering. Start at ankles and wrists and move brush along body towards heart.

I've been doing some dry brushing and also the hot/cold shower thing. I guess I just need to shake my groove thing a little and get moving. Hehe

Day 32/40 complete!

150 heel situps
150 squats
750 skips
60 pushups
30 minute run
20 min walk
15 pullups
45... bench dips

I am on my elliptical as I type this for 30 min instead of an hour. Working my way back up again.
I suggest going all the way to 40 from where you left off, and don't worry about missing days, just don't add days to the total. Then when you reach 40, you can try and do better/faster the next time and do 40 again!

Day 33/40 done.

240 crunches
150 squats
750 skips
60 pushups
30 minute run
20 min walk
15 pullups
45 bench dips

And, an hour of shoveling dirt into a wheelbarrow to fill holes around the orchard here. Plus heavy lifting/moving two large fridges in and out of a house.

Might take a break for the rest of the evening...
