I have spent some time considering cycles recently. Today, I considered some advice for my children that related to cycles. It went something like this:
If you have a job to do and it's a big job, a tough job you could approach it many different ways. And if many people had approximately the same job to do you can expect that different people would approach it in different ways.

Some would probably be so gung-ho to get it all done that they'd jump right in and haul and crawl and yell and put in all the effort in the world to get the job and over with. Perhaps they'd want to get there first or perhaps they just wanted to know it was done. Either way, there'd be some who did their utmost to get it done quickly and over with.
Then there'd be those who'd take the long, meandering route and it would take them many, many units of time to get even a basic start on things. They'd be seeing all the sights along the route, smelling all the roses and getting all the experiences they could along the way.
In the middle would be most of us, doing this various ways at various paces.

My advice to my children was that if you had a biiiig job to do you may want to do it in cycles; be that gung-ho go-getter for a while as long as you had the energy to do that and then take a break, smell some roses and catch a few side attractions while you rest a bit. Then do some hauling again once you've got your energy back. Sometimes you'd probably haul really hard and get a lot done, other times you'd spend quite a bit of time off doing something that caught your eye.
I realized that this was a cyclic approach. On a bit, off a bit, on again off again and so forth; with each turn of the cycle expanding a bit, each effort approaching the end goal, whatever it was.

I was tickled to find that around that time folks were posting that we'd entered a new cycle, specifically on July 26, just a few days ago. There's a post about it here:
These are big, 26,000 year cycles that are earmarked by epic events at the turning points, like the Atlantis flood 13,000 years ago.

So this weekend I propose that we consider cycles and see what comes up for us. Maybe that'll feel like being on a roller coaster ride or a ferris wheel? Whee hoo!!

Below is the usual introduction to our healing sessions.

For those new to these sessions, or if you simply want to me reminded on how to connect in and what methods you can use to send healing, see this article here on

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

Let us know if you are joining by responding here or contacting through the Contact Us form on The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.

Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.

You can find further information about these sessions through the link, Weekend Healing, on
