Ingredients all I used are organic
5 eggs 1 large glass of cornflower 200 g butter, 1 small glass of flour, 125 g ground almonds, baking powder, 2 bags of vanilla sugar, 200 g brown sugar. 400 gr. of Blueberries + 50 gr. of brown sugar for the blueberries.
Mixing and baking
1-Cook the blueberries in a saucepan with 50 g brown sugar adding the sugar at the end. ( for 15 minutes)
2-Mix the cornflower the floor the baking powder and the almond ground.
Leave them
Mix in a salad bowl ( or any like this you use for your cakes) the eggs and the sugar until it becomes creamy. In the meantime melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Then mix the butter to the creamy eggs and the mix prepared with the baking powder.
Cook in an oven heated to 200 degrees then during cooking lower the temperature to 180 then 150.
it cooks very fast ! (30 minutes)
