I just finished listening to one of the latest Kryon channelings, from his Greece trip (September 18, 2016). In it, he covers a variety of topics, mostly dealing with our hidden human history, our current Shift of Consciousness, the current raising of the energies used by Healers, Shamans, Light Workers, and Old Souls, plus the importance of releasing and rising beyond fear.

- Humanity (as we currently know it) is 50,000 years old;
- Humanity has destroyed itself 4 times during that period
- December 21 (winter solstice) 2012 was the "window" for the 5th such destruction to occur;
- We've now made it past that marker and this shift is occurring as a result of humanity's collective choice;
- Old Souls are feeling it first, especially those involved in esoteric work;
- Humanity (and Earth) are moving to "higher" consciousness;
- Healers, Teachers, Shamans, Old Souls, and other "Light Workers" are here at this time to lead the way forward;
- Energies and frequencies used by these Light Workers have changed and many "old" ways of healing no longer work in the same way;
- Healers, etc. must align themselves with these new energies to be successful in their work;
- It is essential to get out of fear. This will allow new energies to work;
- Process is simple: Don't worry. Stop. Recalibrate. Celebrate! Have joy! Relax! Allow new energies to support you;
- The shift is here and occurring now;
- In the past, human consciousness created more dark than light...this caused an imbalance;
- We (Light Workers) had to fight the dark to be successful;
- We had to keep our powers hidden;
- We had to protect ourselves;
- As of December 21, 2012, we no longer have to fight, hide, or protect ourselves!
- The energy of the planet has changed and the balance of light/dark has shifted toward light;
- Those of the dark are now afraid and having to fight for their survival;
- Beings and constructs of "lower" consciousness (dark) are coming to the surface so they can be cleared and balanced;
- We (of the Light) now carry so much light, we push dark away by our very presence;
- Our very presence clears the area!
