The Sun moves into Cancer to shine light on all Cancerian born people for the month ahead.
This day of solstice is for celebrating our “being” , our growth as living entities on this good earth, our ability to feel, to love and nurture self and others, as this growth is considerable in these times on a soul level. And its important to remember there is also a time to rest when needed.
Both the Sun and Juno move into Cancer today , Juno bringing some extra cause and commitment to our ability to care and nurture, some extra passion to overcome any negatives within relationships and family life for the weeks ahead. This strong and fierce feminine energy is needed at this time to help overcome the extreme push towards the dominant control that has permeated into our lives in the last few years, and now with Pluto back in Capricorn for some months we are feeling pressure from the same so we need all the help we can get to overcome the faults within our societies so called structure that is preventing a more natural and healthy way of life that we need and will return to when this phase is over.

There has been a level of intensity as this day approached with yesterdays Sun quincunx Rx Pluto at 29 degrees Gemini and Capricorn, which was a reminder of our great need to move more into this transformational period if we haven’t done all the work we need to.
We are being pushed by our own higher self to accept the changes necessary before we move more fully into this New Age energy that is testing us on every level of our being. The aspect can bring power struggles but also willingness to adjust where necessary.
Pluto is always about the masses and the Sun brings the light to energise us to action.
This is the year for many of us, of some of the greatest tests of our lives on every level of our being, when we really need to step up and fight for the changes needed to unite mankind and if some of this includes fear of change, fear of the unknown, then its time to face changes in new ways and voice our concerns but also to learn more about other dimensional realities and how powerful our own human spirit our own inner “knowing” really is.
We are stretching the limits of our lives and brains too and becoming more aware of the imprints of the past as one of the great laws of the our universe revolves around the understanding that our human brains are in fact very like computers and very much subject to programing by society and our background before the age of 7, and now its time to bring forward the power within us from our own higher self to understand there is “more” than we know about :self", and begin believing in miracles if we never did before as miracles are natural in the unseen world both of self and life itself. This is a time of new awareness and learning and means letting go of previous programming on the physical level.
Ceres is now in Libra from yesterday and as Ceres is of the nature of Taurus and Cancer, globally this is the time until Sept for negotiations and balancing.
Libra is the political sign and also that of listening to others , seeing all sides to a situation or subject, weighing up, deliberating.
Today Mercury from Gemini sextiles Mars in Leo, and Chiron in Aries around 19 degrees, aspects of quick thinking, quick talking and knowing the right thing to say at the right time. This is good for clear thinking and communication coupled with intuition which we can all make the most of.
With the Sun now in Cancer, wherever this sign is prominent in our birth charts, thats where the focus lies in the coming month but for all of us its about the human family as well as our personal loved ones. Its about our security, our ability to nurture and care for others, also to protect what is ours as this sign of Cancer is about all that encloses and protects, a blessing and a curse at times as we can hide in our shell, shut people out, be so intent on our own small world we forget the bigger picture, the larger human family as we are all in this together and somehow we need to learn to take care of our own and self, while remembering the larger human family as all souls come from the same source.
