I would like to try to describe a healing method that I use a lot. 'Try' is an important word here as I find some of these 'how I do things within myself' things difficult to describe. It feels a bit like trying to describe the colour 'blue' to someone who doesn't know what oceans or skies look like. At any rate, I'll try to describe what I like to do, whoever joins us can try it this weekend if they like and then we can see what feedback y'all have
After clearing, grounding and protecting I try to make sure I am in a comfortable position without anything terrifically distracting. For example, all stray hairs are removed from anyplace near my nose
'cause there's little as distracting as a hair near or on a nose! Around this time a visual of our clearing and friends typically pops in. Sometimes something entirely different shows up too and I usually post anything that seems of interest.
After I have relaxed my muscles as much as is feasible for that day (they feel great at the moment!) I go inward and let my body be. This feels a bit like dropping into my body and then past it, a bit like expanding my sense of self and a bit like becoming lighter. (I'm trying to describe it as clearly as I know how! lol) I would say that I feel very 'light' once I get where I'm headed. I feel everything though feeling my body's stuff is not at all what I'm focused on. I'd say it's almost like feeling so light that I could easily imagine any stray molecules passing right through me. I don't typically imagine this but I like the description. Then, I drop into whatever I find in or around my body that is bothering me or calling my attention. Sometimes there's nothing at first but as I tune in further, something will show up. It may be a pain or stiffness, a tension, an emotion, a buzzing sometimes or just about anything. I explore this, always keeping in mind that I'm trying to stay centered and fully present whilst staying 'light'. Sometimes my 'something' is connected to another person's or a group's something. It seems that this is either getting my frequent or I am more often becoming aware of this.
When I first started doing this I'd read that I could imagine, for example, bright white light pouring into any areas that called my attention. I liked that and did it a lot. I like to play with colours. Now I just 'drop into it' and pour my presence fully into it (as I mentioned, while keeping the 'big picture' and my center in mind). I feel both fully present wherever I am focusing and aware of the big picture simultaneously.
Sometimes while I'm there I move energy around. Again, this can be easier to visualize as a bright light if you're visually oriented. I most often feel it as an energy surge or even sometimes a warmth. I can get very, very warm on occasion when sorting something out, especially just before something clears or pops into place. Sometimes I feel like I need help and may seek it in various ways. One of these is to create a great big vertical column of bright light/energy which functions a bit like an energy 'elevator' in that it takes energies to wherever place they need to go. Other times I will visualize a tool or helping hand/light/fire/whatever I need to do the job. Sometimes I remember with glee that this is the perfect time to ask my higher self for help and that may look like a big hug from higher self, a connection or whatever I need. This usually amps up the energy level, sometimes enormously.
If you do try this I urge you to get creative and enjoy the process. There is so much you can do. I'd love to hear what you try and how it turns out.

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
