This robot has a bad posture.
However, as real as it may seem, it's simply a masterfully-done embedded CGI robot, one of the robots digitally created for ADAM, a series of post-apocalyptic sci-fi short films by director Neill Blomkamp. He's more widely-known for Elysium, District 9 and Chappie.
ADAM was made with Unity, a game engine. The purpose of this is to showcase how to make high-quality CGI on a budget.
I say well done as that looks terribly real!
