This is the Tianjin Binhai Library in China, the largest in the world with 1.2 million books. The centre features a luminous spherical auditorium and floor-to-ceiling cascading bookcases. It’s not only an educational building, but also a social space and connector from the park into the cultural district.

Imagine working there with all that knowledge around you? It would be a step up from the small library in town.

"Excuse me, I don't find this book." Oh no! With 1.2 million books, I hope they have a great system in place to locate them!

Tianjin is definitely a place to be aware of, and to watch for developments. Especially after it took its "Rod of God" hit in June, 2015. That was like, "You get too big for your boots, we'll cut you down!"
