We have seen and explained throughout many articles the basic concepts of the functioning of the human psyche and the structure that forms our mind, in the form of 6 spheres.
As you may recall, there are three main parts into which we can divide the content of each mental sphere: the archetypes, the programs, and the data substrate they need to function. Also, remember that we have a database that we call the "paradigm", which is what contains the rules of common reality so that we all see and decode things as similarly as possible and that when I see a lamppost on the street, the person next to me also agrees that we are seeing a lamppost and does not decode it as a source of water.
This, which seems so obvious, is the result of thousands of mental analyses and decoding programs that we are now going to explain further.

Assuming that you have refreshed concepts with the conference and with previous articles, remember that the mental spheres that we possess each has a certain function and that they are called: preconscious sphere, subconscious sphere, conscious sphere, conscious-continuous sphere, supraconscious sphere and subliminal sphere and that they are all managed by our particular "AI" that is called the "ego program".

The "common" psychology, which we are accustomed to finding in books and university careers, investigates or tries to do so in the conscious and subconscious levels of the psyche, but ignoring, to a large extent, the existence and purpose of the rest of the spheres that make up the human mind, especially that they are even energetic spheres with programmatic content located in the mental body of our subtle structure. The mind, as a reminder, connects with the brain neural networks through filaments that pass through the etheric body, to act as a "bridge" between the "physical" part, the "energetic" part and the "mental" part of our human configuration.
Well, what we are going to see now is the internal structure of each mental sphere in a little more detail, so that you understand what kind of content exists in each of them and how deep it is. As I do not think it will surprise you, each mental sphere has 7 macro strata and, at those levels, the programming they contain makes different functions within the set of parameters that allow us to project and decode the world in which we live.
Depending on the function of each mental sphere, these levels vary in content. For example, the conscious mental sphere has many more level 1 programs than level 2, while the subconscious has many or almost all level 2 programs, or the preconscious has almost all of its content from level 3 programs, with something from 1 and some from 2, etc.
Today we will see the level 1 and level 2 programming that are in the mental spheres, which are long and complex topics, and, later, we will enter the rest of the levels that remain to be explained.
Level 1 – Programs and archetypes of management and decoding of the illusion of reality
This level, the most "superficial" of each mental sphere, contains all the programs and mechanisms of archiving material, ordering data, retrieving information, analyzing and obtaining the meaning of things and experiences perceived from the outside. It contains the programs of management of the “external” selves of personality behavior, how we show ourselves to the world, and the programs to "filling in" the data that we do not know to create an answer, justification or idea of the why of things (for example, the assumption that something is like this or so, so that we manage to fit it into our reality without really knowing if it is correct or not, but, at least, we have a self-created answer so that the rest of the programs that order the information can work with some data, regardless of whether it is true or not, from the point of view of the Higher Self).
The level 1 of the programming of each mental sphere also contains the filters and distorters that adapt what is perceived as the external world to the internal beliefs of each one of us, so that it fits with the programming of the lower levels, so that, if we receive external data projected by other people that collide head-on with our ideas and beliefs, we rewrite or adapt them partially, or totally, so that they fit together and do not completely break our schemes of how we think things are. For example, the information that you can read in my articles or other sources that clash with the "official" approaches undergo enormous alterations in our mind before being accepted or minimally integrated as part of the mental content that we have already acquired previously.
If the information cannot be adapted because it is too disruptive, other programs discard it or archive it as fantasy, incorrect data to be erased, fiction or imagination, so that they do not alter the psychic balance of the person's programming and maintain their overall mental stability. If the Higher Self or the soul wants a revulsive to occur for the person to update his belief system, then the Higher Self can block the activation of these programs and let those "external data" pass with new ideas directly, producing a shock to the personality, which may or may not be involved in a crisis of ideas and knowledge, because his way of seeing the world has suffered a small, medium or huge wallow and falters temporarily until he integrates the new information as "accepted" pillars of how (now, with the new information) things are.
To do this, that is, to know how to adapt and "adjust" the external information, all the data received by the physical and extra-physical senses are compared with the material stored in the database of the level 1 paradigm, which we will now see.
The personality is not involved in this process, that is, we do not become aware of it while it happens, because it is carried out automatically by programs of the mental spheres that are managed by the ego program, but that does not get the information of this process to the selves of the personality that are in command of the psyche at that moment.
Level 1 paradigm database
This huge database present in the first layer of programming of each mental sphere contains the rules about how the human being should interpret common reality, scientific knowledge, the "rules of physics" and how the world works, the rules that make us all interpret things that are common in a similar way, so that we all see the projection of a car as a car and not as a tree, for example, or that, for all human beings, on the plane that we perceive as physical, water boils at 100 degrees and freezes at zero.
Religious, scientific, spiritual, dogmatic, social, economic, political, etc. belief systems about "the world is this way because our common experiments and experiences prove it" are programmed and stored in this common database, which is located at level 1 of each mental sphere and has its global replica at level 3.1 of the global collective unconscious that belongs to both collective unconscious 33 and 42.
Any update of data from this global repository that the RIC, CS or those who assist us perform on one side or the other (to add, remove, misrepresent or clean the information present in it), automatically updates the psyche of all human beings continuously, so that, if something today is A but tomorrow becomes A + or B, no one would be surprised too much (unless you do not receive the data update), since, by updating the content of what common reality is like in all of us, we simply naturally accept the change of the updated macro hologram, which happens to be the new common "hologram" and the one we use as a reference to analyze and decode the world we project together.
The updates of reality are always (in general) small and gradual, so that there is a flow of continuity and there are no sudden leaps in the change of the common reality. To be huge and rapid changes in the hologram, a macro event has to be created that causes a total disruption in the common psyche and that quickly updates the level 1 paradigm. Examples of such global updates occurred after the September 11 self-attacks, for example.
The reprogramming of the human psyche is done through mobile technology, as we have already explained before, as well as the filters present in the preconscious mental sphere for those who remain connected to the global collective unconscious of the timeline 33.
All level 1 programs and archetypes work with negatively charged energy (-), that is, any energy, thought, emotion, etc., derived from fear processes in all its thousands of variants make fuel for these level 1 programs. That is why the common reality has, as substrate and support, huge rafts and pockets of negative energy concentration at all levels of reality, because it is from these enormous egregores and accumulations where our external energy collectors (located at different levels of the mental body) collect energy to make our level 1 programming of the mind work.
All these programs and archetypes are protected by stops, filters and mental "firewalls", so that their elimination cannot be carried out fortuitously or accidentally, and that a huge conscious work of deprogramming through the Higher Self has to be done to eliminate many of these programs.

This stratum of each mental sphere contains the programs of management of the inner or subconscious selves of the personality, the programs of management of the sphere of consciousness, the slowing, distorting and adaptor programs of the projective waves of reality. It also contains the management programs of the physiological selves (which show the physical and health state, for example, the "tired me" or the "exhausted self" or the "sick" self), and the chronological selves (which show a certain image to others according to the age we have).
In this second level there are also the programs that regulate the collectors of the mental energy of the environment to use it as raw material for the projection of our personal hologram, just as in the first level are the programs that regulate the energy for the operation of the decoding of reality. That is, level 1 regulates the mechanisms in our subtle structure that capture energy to make the programs that give meaning to reality work, and level 2 contains the programs that capture energy to make the programs that broadcast our personal reality work.
At level 2 of each mental sphere there are also programs of generation of mental noise (for example music in the head all the time, or random thoughts impossible to silence without enormous effort and training of the will) to block and obfuscate the capture of information that flows through the mental plane and that could be derived towards the personality making us aware of a flow of data that we could not analyze or decode. Their continuous reception would saturate the storage buffers that the conscious part can use to make sense of the world. If you begin to hear, capture and perceive everything that your non-physical senses capture, and this information is transferred in its entirety to the personality, we would not have sufficient processing capacity and, in general, we would end up with psychological problems due to inability and ignorance to analyze and make sense of what is captured.
This level also contains the main mental archetypes (macro programs) that regulate the concepts of: being, existing, belonging, living, dying, doing, serving, working, loving, purpose, mission, identity, abundance, money, happiness, joy and fear, in its multiple versions and gradients.
Projection of reality by level 2 programs outside the planet
If a human being goes to another planet, as we will do at some point, we will take with us our programming and parameters of how reality works (as it can not be otherwise, because they are part of our mind and this comes with us wherever we go), and that same programming is what we would use to project our new common reality on the substrate of the base energy of the planetary logos there, where we are.
This means that we would take with us the rules of physics, the rules of nature, the rules of how we are programmed to understand things, etc. What the logos and planetary hierarchies of wherever we arrive (Mars, for example) does, is to automatically endow us with a compatible substrate so that we can create our own "matrix" or common hologram about the general reality that the logos of Mars has for its own existence and the forces that assist it.
Since Mars is not earth and there are parameters that are different, the mental fields are simply adapted so that, little by little, we adapt our programming to the base structures that Odank, the logos of Mars, for example, has for himself. It is like creating a mental zone of "welcome" and reception of new inhabitants who bring with them their own programming about how things are on their base planet, and offer it as a buffer of passage until, over time, the humanity that settles on Mars or wherever creates its own way of existing already based more correctly on the parameters of the planet where we arrived to.
It is the same for any other race that leaves their home planet where they are programmed to create their common reality in a certain way, and reach another where their rules do not have a direct application. The logos of that planet (as Kumar did with the Asimoss when they arrived on Earth), provides them with a substrate compatible with the psyche of the race until they adapt to the energetic environment and create a new reality based on the rules of Kumar, and not on the rules of the logos of their home planet. Hence, as we have explained, the general reality is the "substrate" reality for all living and conscious beings on Earth and it is the one projected by Kumar. Over the "general" reality the Asimoss have created their "matrix" and that is shared by all the races that govern the system of life on Earth. Above it, or, rather, intertwined with it, is the “human” reality that we project, using as a substrate the "RIC" reality that uses as a substrate the general reality of the logos and the forces of nature.

For this same reason, the colonies and settlements of the Asimoss, Amoss, etc. spread over half a galaxy, have different rules of operation or different planetary management environments, since the base energy to manifest the Asimoss reality, or of any race, in other places outside home planets, has to adapt to the rules of the logos that governs the base reality for that planet.
Level 2 paradigm database
Just as level 1 programs have their database for the analysis and decoding of reality as we have seen before, level 2 of each mental sphere contains another database with the rules of the projection of this.
This database contains information about what is allowed and not allowed to project to the personal hologram and, by superposition of individual realities, to the common hologram. Do you want to imagine an elephant flying and appearing in your reality? The level 2 programs prepare it and form the right waves for it, but check before passing it on to the programs that govern the projection through the mental pineal if it is appropriate to do so, checking what are the rules of reality that govern all human beings.
So, no, we cannot project that since it is not allowed in the global rules of humanity. The content goes from imaginative programs to fantasy programs -as we explained before– and the material is archived in the mental repository of personal information of each human being as information that cannot go down to the physical plane or densify to appear as a "real" element within the human hologram.
So that we can move forward, even if it is in drops and achieve things that are increasingly difficult or that a decade ago were considered impossible, the level 2 database is updated with new parameters of what can or cannot be materialized in human reality, and, this way, we can create new things, scientific advances, more advanced knowledge, innovations, achievements and higher goals, etc. As we have already explained above, CS4 regulates the level of knowledge that is delivered to society by imbuing it into the collective unconscious first and then into the psyche of someone who has the ability to carry it out. As we also said, many of the ideas that will revolutionize our technological advancement have already been inserted today in technicians, engineers and CEOs of technology companies, medicine, space race development, economics, or any other knowledge discipline in which we want to advance. The reason why they "give" us all this information and technology is, first, simply because it benefits the RIC, in one way or another, that we do "things" that they are going to take advantage of at some point, then, because the evolutionary currents that govern all the processes of life cannot be blocked or stopped completely, all the time, so there are always cosmic forces that force every living thing to "move forward" and grow, and not even the Asimoss can stop these flows.
All level 2 programs also operate with negative charge (-) energy and also have multiple stops, filters and archetype protection programs to prevent unwanted alterations.

As we have once said, the world "out there" can only be truly changed if we change the minds of all human beings. Nothing can be altered outwardly if we do not first alter our projection of that world, and the first step is to try to make us aware that there is no world "out there," that it is only a reflection of the sum of all the worlds that each one carries "inside"
