This is a very important technique for the modern age. Good work, Alain, in finding it and bringing it forward. Vipassana technique is based on much the same principle, but is for people like monks who have a lot of time to dedicate to contemplative status of being, even while they are walking or working.
So Dr Karen Kan's technique is like a new birth of an old technique, which is what response and application is all about!
