Tuesday and Wednesday I went to the gym with my bestie. I walked about 2 miles each day at a 3.0/mph speed. I strained my right leg somehow so going to rest today and see how it feels tomorrow before walking more. I took a week off of exercising. I am mad at myself for doing that. I need to stick with it!

The width of the bathtub is perfect and it keeps my feet parallel. I find that with the support from the bathtub, it helps keep my body properly aligned and balance is good. It was my chiropractor who initially advised me to try it in the bathtub.

Keep up the walking and don’t fret over the missed days. All is well.

I usually use lines on a rug or tile to keep my feet aligned.
I do find that doing so really helps me.

I worked out last Tuesday and Wednesday at the gym with my bestie. I think I forgot to post about it. Oops. Tonight I went for a 17 minute walk. Almost did a whole mile. Tomorrow I am going to the gym again.

I'm still plugging away at the squats.
However, the big news is that I've added some regular runs. I have a good little hill nearby and have been doing repeats of it; just a few to start<:)

I went to the gym this morning and walked 2 miles in 45 minutes. I felt pretty good during and after. I was supposed to go to the gym tomorrow too but I think I won't because of my mood. I think I will go for a neighborhood walk instead.

I love to intersperse walks and gardening with my more intense workouts.
Some days they fit better.

I'm still squatting away.
50 seems about the right amount of me to keep going with.

Fun fact: There's a subway platform in Russia where if you do 30 squats on a special plate you can get a free ride.

Lol, I'm still doing them.
It just really works for me to do 50/day and then add whatever other exercise works for me that day.
I'd be happy if anyone else rejoined me.
