For anyone who has a degree of experience using any form of energy healing you might be familiar with certain energetic dynamics in the spiritual realms. It is important to understand the basic concepts of energy healing and the configuration of our energetic system. Through these principles, it is much easier to focus more efficiently on healing our own multidimensional system and to assist others.

The more we practice and observe such basic energetic dynamics the more we can unlock our abilities to work through the different dimensions of the etheric realms.

This is the first part of a series of articles about soul retrieval theory, in which the basic concepts of energy work and meditation are defined. In the next articles, with the use of diagrams and examples, our multidimensional system and the energies that make up the etheric realms are explained more in depth and the connection between these spiritual/energetic levels of consciousness and the subconscious and shadow self.

In the next set of articles many specific exercises are provided.

When we imagine ourselves to be individual units of a greater system that is connected in itself by constant flows of energy, our perception opens up to understand how these flows move gracefully and harmoniously, while other times the flows are disrupted by the experiences of individual units, thus creating imbalance.

If you have a certain degree of experience as a healer, you might have noticed many times that energy behaves in certain ways during a healing session. It is important to pay attention to how energy behaves because such movements can guide us to understand the needs of our own energetic system as well as the energetic system of other individuals.

Before explaining with some graphic examples such common movements, there are some very important principles that must be understood and that serve as a basis for all forms of energy work:

Soul fragmentation:

Not everyone is familiar with this concept used by many healers. Let us consider first that as individuals experiencing a physical reality, our system is made up of several layers, including the physical vessel in itself, along with an etheric template, an emotional body, a mental body and several other layers that exist simultaneously in all dimensions and densities before we are merged with All that Is. In its simplest definition, soul fragmentation happens when we experience any form of trauma which affects our energetic system in such a way that part of the energy that makes up any of its layers leaves and stays either partially or completely outside of our original auric configuration. A traumatic event happens in a specific lapse in a specific space. The fragment or piece of energy that leaves then carries most of the information or imprint of the trauma.

In a more complex definition, soul fragmentation happens not only as a result of a physical, emotional or mental trauma in a specific moment of our lives, but also throughout lifetimes of experience. The end result of this process is that the energy of trauma that is located outside of our auric field affects our physical health, our emotional states and our mental processes. The degree of fragmentation varies according to the intensity of traumas and the amount of trauma experienced throughout lifetimes. Depending on several factors, a person is vulnerable in different degrees to his/her own traumas.

Auric rips:

The consciously or unconsciously perceived lack of soul energy within the auric system (multidimensional energetic system) that results from soul fragmentation. These rips can be detected by the use of the inner senses like the third eye or through etheric touch. Simpler energetic practices can help repair auric rips automatically through heart-felt intention without the use of inner senses.

Aspect:

Under the context of the soul as an individual unit born from the Universal Consciousness, an aspect is a set of traits or attributes that make up the individual personality during a specific incarnation. A soul then experiences physical and non-physical life through its chosen aspects.

Integration:

This concept is frequently explained in shamanic work and also in psychotherapies referring initially to the condition in which the soul of an individual has experienced a degree of soul fragmentation or the disconnection of the psyche from different aspects of the consciousness of the individual.

Integration is the process of reconnection and reincorporation of the aspects of one's soul that have been shattered through a diverse set of painful experiences back into the currently incarnated aspect. Integration of several aspects is a process that can happen during an important lifetime of transition from a level of consciousness of separation towards a state of reconnection with the original soul essence or Higher Self. This process can also happen when a healing triggers many of the fragmented pieces of energy of one's soul to be retrieved, either consciously or subconsciously.

Several techniques can be used to trigger an integration process: through soul retrieval practices, simple energy healing methods, through QHHT, or simply by using certain challenging experiences as opportunities to understand and heal previous traumatic experiences in which the individual had no control of the situation.

The energy that must be retrieved resides in different dimensions. Usually the most traumatized aspects or fragments reside in the lower spiritual realms and are often referred to as negative entities, demons, shadows, negative thought forms, etc. Other aspects can ascend to higher realms and reconnect to the original blueprint or Higher Self and assist the incarnated aspect through positive guidance until it is decided by the soul itself that during a time of transformation such aspects need to be reintegrated into the current incarnated aspect.

Removal:

For several reasons, as incarnated individuals, we often carry energetic imprints or photonic DNA emissions of the soul of other individuals. For hereditary reasons, during sexual intercourse, during traumatic experiences when an individual hurts another individual and by being receptive to the energies floating in the etheric environment, energies that belong to other individuals become attached to our etheric body and auric system.

It is important to become aware of how much of these energies we carry, so that with a regular practice we can keep a healthy flow of energy in our aura that can facilitate the integration of more of our soul essence. Often times the energies of other individuals can create blockages in our system which can create a series of mental, emotional and physical discomforts, even diseases at all levels.

The energies attached to our etheric bodies and auric system can exist in several dimensions, which makes many of these energies harder to detect. Some of the fragments of energies are very small in contrast with larger energies that can create serious problems. Depending on the causes for such energies to become attached to our systems is the size of these energies. The larger the magnitude of the traumatic karmic connection to another individual, the larger the energies from such individual will become attached and the more healing sessions will be required to constantly work through the negative experiences between each other.

Chord cutting:

This process is among the most known methods applied during healing sessions that involve manipulation of energy. When two individuals share a karmic connection, for example a codependent relationship, one that involves traumatic experiences or even in positive connections, etheric chords connect the etheric and auric systems of both individuals and also to fragments or aspects of such individuals residing in other timelines and dimensions.

When the connection is not healthy or balanced or in the worst cases there is a very harmful exchange of energies, the constant flow of energy exchanged between the two individuals must be severed through the process of cutting the etheric chords that unite both individuals in different dimensions and timelines. By cutting the chords, healing takes places and the integration and removal processes can sometimes happen with more ease.

Visualization:

Many healing sessions can be done consciously by using focused intent through visualization. In psychology this process is often referred to as active imagination. The power of the mind can facilitate the flows of energy that are required in order to accomplish several tasks like repairing auric rips, removing unwanted energies, by communicating to aspects of one's soul or aspects of another individual, etc.

Portals:

Etheric doorways that act like wormholes that are used consciously or randomly by either small beings or large beings made of etheric substance. These beings can be small fragments of energy or thought forms or aspects of souls of diverse individuals. Many beings have the conscious capacity to travel between dimensions and timelines in the spiritual realms. Healers can also open or close portals with focused intent to remove energies or beings from their space and energetic system or integrate energies from their soul into their energetic vessel.
