We are still under the influence of the Perigee moon which is in Libra, not a bad sign to be in during Perigee, so hopefully the balance of the scales remains stable and does not tilt too much one way.
Libra is a political sign so the same goes for that aspect of our lives and with many elections approaching there is definitely some tensions in the world as people juggle for positions and to be heard.
Today we have a very interesting conjunction of Saturn in Capricorn to Chariklo, both planets being totally opposite in nature.
Chariklo is named after the wife of Chiron the wise/teacher healer who was an astrologer and a physician in his times, a centaur, half God half, man.
Chariklo was a mermaid Goddess, friend of Pallas Athene, a wise prophetess and medium known for her great compassion, having an affinity with the signs of Pisces and Virgo.
This is the second conjunction this year, the first being in March before Saturn moved into Aquarius, which was a time when many adjustments were being made for what was to come in areas of laws and a new system beginning of which we are still in the birthing pains of.
This was also when The Covid virus was taking hold around the world and lock downs were happening.
Chariklo provides counsel to Saturn to help modify and add care and compassion to an otherwise very harsh system based on the old patriarchal rules and laws, and to remind the powers that be that humans need love and nurturing and should not suffer when there is need for adherence to new laws coming in, that could have a separating influence on the same, and as we are seeing at this point in time. I am sure in this sign Chariklo knows there is a need to take care of the elderly and those who are more fragile than other humans as Capricorn “rules” those with an age difference, the elderly and also those with disabilities.
So again we get this influence of developing new social paradigms and to make sure these are implemented with care and compassion rather than coming down too harshly.
This is extremely timely.
Tomorrow the Sun moves into Virgo to shine light on those born under this sign, for the month ahead and to help us all become more discerning about our own health and well-being and to make the right choices for self and help others to do the same when we can.
This is a month of taking care of the details we have put off dealing with, and to make sure we catch up on our research using critical thinking to question certain concepts, so we can add to our knowledge and remain cautious and safe as this sign is very much about our safety as we go about our daily routines.
Today is the beginning of the crescent moon phase, a time for collecting information, making contacts and learning more about our plans or projects.
