This time of year I feel that the veil is thinner than usual. It's sort of a November thing for me, though others note this mostly around the beginning of the month. There are other settings and practices that 'thin the veil', it seems to me. Sitting around a fire gazing at embers is definitely one for me. Drumming, dance and other rhythmic activities have been used through the ages for similar purposes as well as various practices that help one lose track of time and self, such as loooong dances and celebrations.
There is much one can learn from being near the thin edge of the veil and certainly this is a practice long associated with healing so it seems a good time to intentionally try this out. It's also been noted that one never knows what one will find there so this also seems a good time to remind everyone to clear their space, throw down a grounding cord and put up your protection in whatever way you like to do. If you are new at this or would like to get ideas on how others do this, feel free to post a question below. I'll be making sure to have this space be well protected this weekend, as I am in the habit of doing.
Please take a bit of time in advance to form your intent so as to aim your inquiry where you actually want it to go. My understanding is that we are very large/great/capable beings when we are not here in human form and that there is a very big universe out there that we can't even begin to fit inside our human suit when we arrive here. In this sense we, as well as our perspective, are/is so much smaller than it could be/has been/is/will be. This recognition of how big we've been a ttimes is probably an excellent starting point for formulating a question, which may sound something like "What can I see/feel/experience that would safely bring me the most healing?" or a more standard "What is it my greatest good to experience from peeking around the veil?". I can imagine all kinds of variations. For example, if I've been feeling down recently I might want to ask "Please show me that which would bring me the most joy and healing." In the case of a specific injury, such as the boy for whose foot June has asked healing the question might be something like "Please show me/show him what the boy could do to best help his foot safely and swiftly heal."
Again, questions are welcome below. If you have a completely different idea as to how you'd like to go about this weekend's healing and would like to use your favorite healing method, that is on too as the intention to bring healing to the group is what we're after. We can both give and receive this healing, or just stick to one option any given week.

If the exact time in your area does not work for you, then just join when you can. Many of us have no problems connecting a few hours earlier or later but find somewhere in a 24-hour window works best. Some people have even set the intention to join in dream time.

The time for the session is the same each week based on 8am Sunday, New Zealand time, unless there is a daylight saving change in you area (if so, just go by 8am Auckland, New Zealand time). This time is calculated to make the sessions accessible to as many as possible.

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding below or or contacting us through the Contact Forum Admin link here. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
