Lucky me! I've spent some time outdoors on a camping trip. Talk about a healing place to be! It makes for an obvious starting point for this week's session; find a piece of the outdoors that you love and let's see what healing it can bring you. There are so many ways to do this.

One of my urban favorites is to find a tree trunk and sit at the bole of a tree. Somehow this always seems to brings a big 'aaah!' from my system immediately. I often find myself nodding off for a restful nap, even sitting up in such a beautiful place. Another that never fails to invigorate me is to find a rock, bridge or other place over a stream and spend some time letting the sound and feel of the running water rush over me; a waterfall is even more special, especially if it's making rainbows! If I can get close enough to the water to get a bit of the fine spray that seems to come up from a fast-rushing river, all the better. Just kicking my shoes off and letting my feet soak up the feel of the earth is one of the simplest ways to ease any strain; it's a great way to get some soothing grounding. I've hidden in bushes and been lucky enough to see birds court or squirrels run after each other. Tree limbs are some of the best places to hang out and enjoy the view. A lookout over a beautiful wild scene, if you can make the time to get to one is probably my favorite. And of course there's forest bathing; a simple way to reduce one's blood pressure, anxiety and all sorts of other stress parameters. The Japanese have made many studies of this.

Even if it is not easy to get out into the wild there are little pieces of the outdoors in parks and gardens that are probably accessible to most of us. Often when it's raining or snowing out I'll have my breakfast out on the back porch, sheltered by the eaves of the house. This way I get to look out over the garden, smell the freshness of it and listen to the birds and whatever else is going on nearby. It's amazing what I find out is going on around me when I spend a few moments tuning in. Some of my most common recurring dreams are variations on the theme of houses built from plants; trees or bushes which live with and adapt to us so that we are in constant communication. I always wake from such dreams reinvigorated and full of immense joy.

And, much to my family's grinning consternation, there are all the little bits of outdoors that I bring in with me. My pockets are full of acorns, pebbles, cool-shaped twigs and whatnots that I enjoy contemplating. So, even if it's too much of anything outdoors in your area just now, bring in a little pieces of outdoors in or pick up a piece that you've already got and see what happens with this. Houseplants count too :) For me, these are all very accessible ways to bring healing magic into our lives a little bits at a time.

This week we welcome the following new Roundtable members: Prettyx13, Tim, Phugoid, Camelia, Mindfull and ArthurScoft. I hope you you check in and perhaps like what you see!

No experience or 'special abilities' required. A sense of wonder and fun recommended.

There are lots of instructions below, or you can just ' jump' in sometime this weekend. It's all part of the mix. Just let us know you are dropping by.

If the exact time in your area does not work for you, then just join when you can. Many of us have no problems connecting a few hours earlier or later but find somewhere in a 24-hour window works best. Some people have even set the intention to join in dream time.

Instructions are posted below. Let us know if you have any questions.

UK: England (London), Ireland (Dublin), Saturday: 8 pm

About these Sessions

For those new to these sessions, or if you simply want to be reminded on how to connect in and what methods you can use to send healing, see this article here.

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

Let us know if you are joining by responding below or or contacting us through the Contact Forum Admin link here. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.

Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.

You can find further information about these sessions through the link, Remote Group Healing, via the INFO link in the menu here on The Roundtable.
