A telegram friend asked me if I'd noticed some type of activation over the past week, as for himself and others he'd checked in with, they'd noticed psychic abilities becoming active. He reported he now had a telekinesis ability.
There's many points in time where such activations take place, and for many different reasons. We can become activated from astrological influences, energies from space such as the galactic center and the beings out there directing energy towards us on purpose, energy based healings, the consciousness of plants in ceremonies helping to activate us, etc.
But we should not limit ourselves to external influences. This goes for anything and everything!
This Week's Intention
As a secondary intention to sending healing to those participating, and being open and receptive to healing, let's attempt to activate any dormant abilities, and strengthen any existing ones, for those participating.
These could be psychic abilities, healing abilities, etc.
If our group isn't too large, one method you could use is to see yourself with an an individual in front of you, and they may be in any form, from an orb to a human shape, and face your palms towards them (vertical). Focus on sending that source energy out towards them with the intention of activation. From here, you don't have to keep focusing on that visualisation, you can let go and see what comes to you intuitively.
Another method: Without naming each individual, see all participants laying down in a circle around our crystal in the center. There may be multiple circles, or just one, with them laying flat. Now face the crystal, and like the first technique, put your hands up, palms facing forward, and you can with touch the crystal with your palms or just have some space between it and you, and send that activation healing energy into the crystal. From there, the crystal will send out the energy, amplified, into all those laying down in the circle(s).

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
