Hello after a while away:)

I'd like to propose something for this healing session that I need a lot of right now: rest, lots of deep cellular level rest, reinvigorating rest, the kind that one wakes up from with feeling ready for anything.
Really anything could come up when one calls for rest; a specific issue that has been niggling away at the edges of one's resources, a biiig worry that one feels unable to control and cannot quite shake or any other thing that sucks the reserves dry.
There is a good change I'll fall asleep for this session, lol, so don't be surprised if I don't post my experience. On the other hand, there may be something that comes up from our entire group taking a deep dive down.

Another reason this seems like savvy timing is that just a few days after this healing session will be our Leo new moon. Our astrologists can chime in here; my understanding is that new moons are all about new beginnings, getting our and getting the new footing on the ground.
In addition to that the mercury retrograde we've been in ends around the same time and we always seem to be warned about false starts during that time.

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

Let us know if you are joining by responding here or contacting through the Contact Us form on transients.info. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.

Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.

The time for the session is the same each week. All the other times reflect this time. This time is calculated around making the sessions accessible to as many as possible.

So, yes, I did nap my way through this session.

However, upon awakening I had a clear realization of how to resolve something that's important to me and which has been bugging me for months. I'm glad I set the intention I did for this session as I really feel it helped. I kept feeling like things were not yet there and recently, that I'd be getting new information so to hold off making decisions. In fact, I would say that I've been working towards this point for years now and last week, one of the reasons I found the week exhausting (among a few others) was that I was offered a few choices and there didn't seem to be a clear winner. Pieces of information piled up during the week, like puzzle pieces, one given me daily or so, until I felt like I had a small sea of them in a bubble around my head wherever I went with nothing able to settle into place.

After this nap, they settled:-D

Had a similar experience as Lila. Not feeling so great to begin with and fell asleep. I awoke refreshed and renewed. I sensed that "stuff" was sorted out on several levels.
