The top level domain (it) is Italy, so it might be an Italian site so it's interesting to hear from other countries that they are actually looking into verifying details like this. Also I haven't heard of the vaccine so it might be more specific to Europe. And they claim to have done an analysis on the vaccine. I haven't heard of the site myself. Further down the page there is a PDF you can download, and a few references.

I think this is the about page but it's all in Italian.
