I'm a great Tool fan and I endlessly listened to Lateralus (the album) when I first bought it in back then when it came out.

I am missing the song Vicarious (from 10.000 days) in the list. Excellent conscious lyrics:

Can we suggest any others for addition?

I suggest we create a new thread and slightly change the title, just so we have our own going instead of beginning one based on a source outside of the Forum. So if anyone wants to create a new thread, go ahead, and link to it here. Just note the board we are in, and how this music should be in context with that, otherwise it may be more appropriate on another board such as sound healing, or meditation, etc.

Always thought it peculiar how one may like a certain genre and another a different sort. Not sure on how much they relate to the "evolution of conciousness" though.

I understand the music thread is just for peoples favorite music, and that is why it's not on this board. This thread is to share the full article I included in the first post, not really to share our personal consciousness changing songs. I think Brian's thread is best for that.

Shouldn't have posted a song on this thread in the first place, but couldn't help myself.

The "Music" thread is just for any or all music you want to share.

The "Music, the Tunnel Towards Evolving Conciousness" thread is meant for music/songs that make you question your reality. That's what I made it for or the longer description (which is still vague and short) is on the thread itself.

So, hopefully people don't repost songs on both threads. Feel free to use them however you see fit. If you post a song on the thread I made, question yourself; why may it be benificial for another to listen to, how will it actually expand their conciousness, what thoughts does the song itself conjure?

One thread for pure musical value.
The other for discussion & conciousness expansion.
