Pholus appears on the scene when there is a need for a sudden transformation, usually due to something rather unexpected.
Today he is conjunct Mercury so these sudden transformations could apply to Gemini types and also Virgos as well as Capricorns.
It happens around 5-6 degrees Capricorn so anyone with planets or points there could be in for a sudden awakening and strong light bulb moments for sure.
But this could happen to any of us.
It may be due to a lot of small events resulting in something major you had not expected for those of you who are experiencing a Pholus moment.
There could also be some self sacrifice involved as Pholus was a centaur, the keeper of the sacred wine . His name was given to the second of the Centaur series of asteroids or small planets discovered in the Kuiper belt..
Chiron and Pholus are distinctly different that the others with Chiron being a very large comet and Pholus resembling a rocky asteroid with a reddish hue.
