Yeah the HUM has made me wonder for years, before my awakening too, I contributed to the HUM map at one point.
I have heard it in certain forests, and it feels malevolent to me.
Edit: I used to smoke, and lived in a place called Cornwall, where there is no light pollution. I used to smoke my cig on my balcony and look at the stars and listen to the Hum, it had a slight ringing noise to it. Very eerie.
I was also really happy back then. Not a care in the world compared to now where I worry about people (everyone in the world) too much. Happy being ignorant..
