That was a very accurate reading - I'm certainly suffering work related stress at the moment, mostly in the form of muscular tension and migraines (I work from home so I think my desk setup could do with some adjustment!).

I also related to the need to have more fun in my life so am taking that on board and figuring out some ways to do that.
