IMO, Hindu and Buddhist temples seem to emit some rather favorable frequencies that some can actually feel rather clearly. So called "energy sensitives". And in the spirit of "high frequencies heal and low ones definitely don't" :) here is a 2 minute video featuring the temples noted in the title. If you freeze the video at 2:00 and "bask" in the vibe for a while you may well sense favorable shifts in your being. Enjoy !!

I like the Akshardham.
"Akshardham or Swaminarayan Akshardham complex is a Hindu temple, and a spiritual-cultural campus in Delhi, India. Also referred to as Akshardham Temple or Swaminarayan Akshardham, the complex displays millennia of traditional Hindu and Indian culture, spirituality, and architecture. Inspired by Yogiji Maharaj and created by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, it was constructed by BAPS." (Source)

Meditation is also reflection at some level, and the Hindus have created many ways to sit and see the reflection.
