Let us remember that the concept of "sacred plot" is simply the name we give to the set of experiences, situations, events and "everything" that each person has manifested simultaneously in his life, as part of his evolutionary plan, of his personal path, of his soul pre-plans. It is like a huge "comic" in which, from the first minutes of life, each "thing" and situation that we can live, all at the same time, is a "chess board” mapped and manifested with millions of possible variants, which, furthermore, is re-parameterized, updated and changed with each new decision we make, and with each choice we make. This is generating more “vignettes” with new events, overlapping other pre-existing ones, erasing some scenarios that we may not be interested in living with (although we ourselves would have previously manifested them with decisions made years ago) or altering the routes of passage from one situation to another, everything depending on how each one navigates through his life and the decisions he makes (unconscious and subconscious in almost all cases, since it is the mental machinery governed by the ego program that usually takes the reins of the existence of almost everyone).

In fact, everything that is alive is governed by biorhythms, since the energy that maintains the structure of anything that exists in "Creation" always moves in a sinusoidal way, oscillating, rising and falling, so there are "high points” and “peaks” in vibration at some times, and lower and inferior points in frequency at others. The common fabric of humanity is no exception and, therefore, the whole of our society has moments of growth and rise, and moments of decline and fall. Likewise, for the "personal evolutionary biorhythm" of each one: we have periods of growth and periods of "decline", always cyclical and regular.

As you can suppose, the RIC and CS always take advantage of the moments of "downward" of the evolutionary biorhythm of humanity to implement most of their macro planetary plans, such as those we have lived, and are living, from December 2019 - January 2020, because when the energies that nourish, carry and sustain the human fabric are in their downward curve, the global currents that carry human events and situations are in the process of "going down," in every way, making it "easier" for the RIC and CS to manipulate and insert what is according to their purposes.
If they try to do the same in the "upward curve" where the flows, currents, energies and vibration of humanity is "going up," everything turns more against the RIC and more in our favor, so, both the Asimoss, Amoss and company, like the human members of the control system, study in great detail at what moment each of the macro-planetary energies that govern the evolutionary cycles of our species are found, in addition to studying in great detail all the other energies that arrive from outside the planet: solar influences, influences from other planetary bodies, influences, fields, waves and currents that come from a thousand different points in the galaxy, etc. It is the law of minimum effort for maximum result, the same as every sailor who goes out to sail with a sailboat would do to be able to reach his destination using the wind in his favor, without having to force the boat's engine to do so. Monitoring the evolutionary biorhythm of humanity
Fortunately, the "lowest" point of descent, the "valley" of humanity's evolutionary cycle and biorhythm, is already approaching so that we can then go back, but we are not at that point yet. To begin to “rise” again with force in the sinusoidal curve of our cycle, we will have to wait until the end of March, more or less, for the “wave” of the human sacred plot to “run” up” again, and we can notice how, energetically, we begin to "lift our heads" globally. From spring on, the currents will gradually blow in favor of humanity.
Knowing where we are in this biorhythm has always been very important to our ancient cultures. In fact, this knowledge was delivered by the Asimoss to the first elites created to rule the area that we know today as China, so that their first dynasties obtained information from the "cycles of life" and codified it in their traditions, processes regulation of life in society and the medical system. The Chinese calendar, a lunisolar calendar, is the one that best monitors and follows the evolutionary biorhythm of humanity, therefore, it is in each “Chinese New Year,” when we go through an ascending-descending or descending-ascending inflection point. In other words, the Chinese New Year is the moment when the biorhythm curve, if it is at its highest point, begins to "go down" or, if it is at its lowest point, it begins to "rise," energetically speaking.
This 2021 the new year falls on February 12, but that day is only the day of the New Moon in which we "hit bottom" and, from which, we begin the ascending cycle, hence, until we are no longer "going up" strongly, we will not notice those energies blowing in our favor again, a few weeks later, by the end of March more or less, as I mentioned.

This does not mean that when we are on the upward curve of our evolutionary cycle the RIC and CS stop doing what they are doing until the cycle changes again, but rather that if they want to move the human sailboat in another direction, or start new manipulations on a global scale when "the winds are not favorable to them," they have to put a lot more resources and work into it, something like putting the boat's engine at full power to direct the sailboat in the opposite direction to which the wind blows with the sails unfurled in their favor.
That is, like the human biorhythm, "the river of energy" that carries our sacred plot and all the events that can happen to us, flows over the Asimoss biorhythm that sustains the RIC plot, if during an ascending cycle of ours they wanted to alter events to global scale, they would have to put enormous amounts of energy on all planes of the planet (mental, etheric and physical, plus the astral substrate) to be able to manipulate our reality or, alternatively (and this is what the RIC are considering), alter its own evolutionary cycle and put it in counter-phase to ours, so that both cancel each other (waves that overlap in push-pull cancel each other, waves in phase add up).
To do this, they would have to do something like what I diagram below, put their own growth cycle “out of phase” from ours, in counter-phase, so that, when we are in a downward cycle, they are upward and vice versa:

Right now it doesn't work like that, both cycles are in phase and synchronized: when humanity "rises", the RIC "rises" and vice versa, but since they have not managed to complete all the changes in the world economic structure that we have explained several months ago, they are looking for ways to “buy time” to finish them, hence, for example, they have “released” the new “mutated” strain of covid-19 in the UK and South Africa already a couple of months ago and with that they delay and lengthen a little more the exit and end of this situation that we are going through.
Installation of an "isolating" flow between both realities
Thus, it is to prevent a possible phase change of the RIC biorhythm from influencing us (the Asimoss and Amoss have technology and know-how to manipulate this energy flow that governs their own “destinies”), that the construction of the energetic “insulator” that we explained a couple of articles ago was started, so that, by manipulating its reality, its biorhythm, its cycles, etc., in the opposite direction to ours, what the RIC do at their own level of reality cannot influence us so much (or nothing). The work that the Higher Selves, the planetary forces and those who assist us put into motion with the petitions of a couple of articles ago were aimed at building this separation, and its construction continues without pause at a good pace.
We will have to continue monitoring and studying their movements and "preparations" as, from their point of view, time is running out to go with the "wind in favor," and for us, the upward cycle begins in just under three months. Many things can still happen in these weeks, but we are already closer to starting the comeback.
