My husband works for the airline industry and he said he doesn't know for certain.

The aircraft I worked on had nozzles similar to those but pointed down. They take overflow hydraulic fluid and dump it. out side of that I don't know.

I was thinking that they are pretty small, so would those types of nozzles be for chemtrails?

I'd say those nozzles would be too small for Chem trails. I've seen pictures of the set up and tanks used in spraying and those outlets would be about 3 to 6 inches across for volume of spray. Just my opinion here.
