If you read into alternative history of Egyptians, the same theme holds - they may have used optimal sound frequencies, tuning, and ultrasound to create levitation techniques to build the pyramids. Also, "clay jar" batteries were found as well, indicating mastery of electricity, which lends itself to lighting and other "modern" technologies.
