Just like goat yoga, dog yoga, or doga, is a thing. Our dogs have been pretty good at some of the poses. Of course, any time my face is near the floor is an excellent opportunity for licks.

I got a notice about this book, and it looks great. The author names simple poses after insects so young ones can relate. She also has other books of yoga for the evening and morning.

No, goats are not doing yoga, although that would be interesting. It is people doing yoga with goats walking around them. I think the idea is that the yoga experience is enhanced by being outdoors with an assist from nice goat energy.
