The brand Bragg (which I am sure used to be braggs? mandela affect?) is a favorite of mine but a bit pricey over here in NZ since it's imported. But getting to the point, here is a helpful image portraying the health benefits of apple cider vinegar.

Does anyone out there use apply cider vinegar? Have you ever used it for resolving a health issue? Feel free to share!

Yes, I take two table spoonfuls daily, in a glass of water, plus a teaspoon of honey to improve the taste. I make my own ACV, so it's also chemical free, raw, unfiltered and with the mother. Very easy to make.

That's the best way to go!

I cook with it (in dressings and such) and use it as a skin cleaner (cut with water).
I used to be able to take some but I've been having bad reactions probably because of the histamine amount in it. It upsets my stomach anymore too.

I used it to [quite effectively!] kill off some annoying toenail fungus issues. It was a wonder to behold (over time, of course). It was easy to use: line a trashcan with a new trashbag, pour in the Bragg's ACV, soak each foot for 10 minutes, dry. Easy!

I use it in all my cooking, sprinkle it on vegetables, drink a little.
Also good for sprained/strained, ankles/wrists. Soak a cloth in vinegar, ASAP, (the cheaper supermarket brand will do fine for this )
Wrap around injury, must be kept very moist, I find a towel wrapped round all this stops drips. Leave on until pain and swelling gone, poss 1/2 hours, hard to tell.

I once had a new jar of jam fall from a high cupboard, onto my bare foot, the bruise appeared immediately, and I knew I wouldn’t be able to get any footwear on, because of swelling, i went to bed with my foot wrapped as suggested, yes it was a bit difficult, but well worth it, as in the morning, there was no sign of the bruise, which had covered the top of my foot, and no pain whatsoever, apart from if I pressed the spot where the jar landed, it was slightly tender.
I’ve told a lot of people about this, but I don’t think they believe me, to me it works like magic.

The only problem could be, that someone’s skin might be a bit sensitive to neat vinigar, but you dont know until you try

"Bar Keep, I'll have a shot of ACV - neat." That's a thought alright! O.o:D

I've got the Bragg's book, and the bottle of ACV on my benchtop. It's one of the things I've been procrastinating on. I see it could help lower my blood pressure and help with lowering glucose levels with diabetes. Time to get off my butt and take action! Thanks for posting this, Laron. Another thing it says is helps with gout. I don't have gout, but being diabetic I have severe neuropathies in my feet. I think it could help with that, too.

Don't think it was Braggs, I've read one of Paul & Patricia's old books, (cover pic below), in it their brand is simply called Bragg.

As an aside,The Bragg's fervently recommended drinking only distilled water. Found the book below pretty informative wrt healthy living.
Sorry Laron, not trying to hijack your thread.

The Mandela affect means that every instance of its mention would be the opposite, so there is no way to say it was one thing over the other if it's always been the other—impossible to prove one way or the other, as you can only go back to peoples memory.

I understand that drinking this (or lemon in water) first thing in the morning before any other food or drink is very helpful for the liver, and from there, a lot of other systems can be helped.

As Angela says above, some sensitive systems can find this challenging, others find it the best thing ever. Dilution often helps. I am not sure if dilution would help if histamine were the underlying issue.

I have found myself inadvertently making something very similar (and very, very tart) when I let my kombucha continue to do its thing a few days longer than usual. It was more lip-pursing than eating a lemon (I know. I've tried that too, lol):eek:o_O

This stuff is good. My brother swears by it. He puts it in his drinking water all day. It got rid of his chronic heartburn and cleared up his nail fungus.

I use it too, mixed w manuka honey and freshly minced ginger. It does make a good base for salad dressings too.

Just curious, how will ACV help my acidic stomach if the vinegar is an acid itself? Won't ACV make my stomach more acidic? My stomach has too much acid, making it irritated and it hurts, so I'm on an acid blocker right now.

When I start to get a cold and it's in my sinus, I go have spicy Thai food, or something with horseradish. It really opens up the sinus.

The explanations I've heard never really made sense to me (but then I'm okay with that as I just wrote in the "Event Is Upon Us" thread, lol).
I'd call this another 'try it and see how it works for you' life hack.
If it works, it works:D

From the little research I’ve done on alkalizing foods, it appears that although ACV is acidic, once digestion has taken place and the ACV has been metabolized, it has alkalizing properties. The same principle applies to diluted lemon juice, it’s acidic but has an alkalizing effect once metabolized.

I’ve found that bicarbonate of soda is excellent for neutralizing stomach acid, and it’s inexpensive. Half a teaspoon in a glass of water. It tastes very salty, but the after taste is gone in seconds. I would not take the bicarb shortly before, or after a meal, since the stomach needs acid to digest. I use both hydrochloric and sulphuric acid to etch steel, once etched I dip the steel into a solution of water and bicarbonate of soda, the acid neutralizing effect is instant.........seeing is believing :)

But as Lila has pointed out, it’s something one can try, if it works it works, if not, one needs to look at other alternatives.

Found the following article quite helpful https://draxe.com/apple-cider-vinegar-uses/

Hello, I found some food grade calcium carbonate on Amazon for about $10. I put it in my coffee sometimes to neutralize the acid and it lacks the sodium (I also have borderline hypertension, it seems to run in the family.)

I use maybe 1/4 teaspoon in a cup of coffee (which I don't have very often) but it should last me 10 years or so! Cost: $1 per year.

How did I find calcium carbonate? I used to breed dwarf shrimp and snails and that's what they put in aquariums so the animals get enough calcium in water that is not hard enough.

Lol, your coffee is very acidic, but glad you've found alternatives :)

cold brew coffee has much less acid
Thank you Linda! Cold brew coffee does generally work better for me but the Pleiadians said to get away from all caffiene and alcohol. So I think this is a sign I need to get away from those, as both bother me. It has something to do with my body changing and slowly being incompatible with certain foods.

Gosh, my mom only feels well when she's a vegetarian, same with my sister (who's a vegan). A Dolores Cannon source and Pleiadians both said the body will need to move towards a vegan diet in time.

I'm pretty passionate about promoting this as a healer and teacher, as in how no caffeine and no alcohol is best, not moderation. This is my intuitive feeling but I also listen closely to what my body tells me on a physical level too.

Our bodies can become more sensitive to food types, based on where we are at, and part of this process is coming to the realization that you are really consuming a form of poison, so why have a little bit when you can have none? :D

With the exception of eggs, I've been vegan for over a year, and vegetarian for over a decade.

Are the Pleiadians talking to you or are you reading about them from another source? Curious. :)
I don't think I channel them, I read Pleiadian info from several sources like Billy Meier but other authors also mention the same info. So I'm just mentioning info I've read. I think Corey Goode got the same info from the people who live underground when he met them.

I do get messages but I don't know who they are from, except they are from a higher dimension that is somewhat close to ours. It might actually be my higher self but I don't know how to confirm this, except all the messages I get I know are instinctively correct for me and my situation.

Sometimes I doubt I'm on the right path as it seems too simple, but the messages confirm I'm on the right path. Sometimes I doubt myself and I'm working on that. I'm always learning. :)

Interesting stuff to read. :) Wanted to let you know one of our members, Maryann , channels them. Check out her posts. :)
