Our immune system and health starts at the energetic level. There are various layers (components that make up our health) including the physical immune system that is part of western medical education.

What we consume has a specific energy, and hence frequency. For example, the rainbow diet, which is all about eating food (not meat and dairy) of a similar vibration to the chakras, based on the food matching the chakra colors, helps to stimulate, heal and activate said chakras, as documented in the book, Spiritual Nutrition and the Rainbow Diet, by Gabriel Cousens.

Why Meat is Bad for our Energetic System.jpg

Animals have a soul. Their vibration is higher than other conscious life, such as plants and fungi (vibration can also relate to how much consciousness is available within), rocks and water. I’ve had past life regression clients who have recalled experienced (life) as many things, not just humans, things that the average person wouldn’t realise can be conscious, including water and ice molecules, the sun, ants, various animals, the atmosphere, and so on (See my transcript of one session “Creation of Life, The Medicine Woman & Original Water“ at the end, documenting this). Many other regressoinists have also run into clients who have reported similar experiences.

Animals also have energy centres, similar to us. If you study (see my link on the chakras at the end) about how energy centers relate to our day to day life, including karma, then you will understand that an animal is quite complex in terms of its energetic system. When you consume a part of an animal, you take on a part of its energy — that can have a negative impact on your health. The same goes for consuming animal products. The evolutional state of the soul in that animal is also linked into this. On a physical level, the diet of the animal also ties into what you consume and its impact on your health.

Think about babies and their mothers, in terms of the mothers diet and how that influences the baby’s growth in the womb, including breastfeeding after birth. There is both an energetic transfer going on based on the habits and lifestyle of the mother, but also a physical transfer. A similar situation applies to what you put into your body with diet.

Animals, and humans, both have major and minor energy centers, including the chakras. Humans also have 3 primary central energy channels (aka kundalini channels), which was once represented by caduceus, the staff carried by Hermes in Greek mythology. There are also subtle layers, which surround the physical body on an energetic level. Those layers are the etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual (there are 3 more, but their formation depends on the spiritual development of the person). Each layer is a certain distance away from the body, based on the state of the layer. I sense these when facilitating an energy healing.

So, alongside the vibration of the animal as mentioned above, you can take on the emotions of the animal from consuming it. If an animal has been mistreated for most of its life, such as the way chickens are farmed in cages, and in combination with the method of slaughter, that adds to such emotion. Many animals know when they are about to die based on being in a queue and seeing what is about to take place — emotions build like fear and terror (very traumatic!). While different to humans of course, animals have feelings and emotions too. (Plants as well, just research “Emoto's water experiment”)

Research studies have taken place in prisons. The diets were changed to vegan. They found there was an immediate drop in violence. Some research showed up to 80 a or 90% drop in violence from the shift away from meat.

Emotion is what causes disease in the body. That is why we get sick. (see my article at the end on why we get sick). A link can exist to past lives when an emotional reaction occurred from a situation taking place. While emotions help us go through many experiences, which is the entire point of existence here on Earth, when thinking about the ego, they keep us stuck in the reincarnation cycle. Our ego, which is composed of a number of emotions and which can take on a life of its own, blocks our connection to spirit and guidance from the other side. It also controls our actions and reactions in life. Through eating meat, we are not only taking on small parts of the frequency of that animal, the dense energies which negatively impacts our immune system, we are taking on the emotions which feeds parts of our ego, such as fear, anger, lust and so on.

The body naturally becomes more sensitive as a person’s vibration rises. The vibration rises from a combination of many factors. This is also known as spiritual development. It can take many lifetimes — hundreds — to fully develop and graduate the earth school. An exception to this, is that there are volunteer souls here, who are only here for this single life and are already quite well developed so don’t need to go through the same experiences as regular incarnates on earth. (See the book, “The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth”, by Dolores Cannon, and my transcribed QHHT session below, “Sekhmet, Volunteer Classes, Imprint Lives and More | The Cosmic Journey of Lai Part 5”)

As you develop, that sensitivity, which comes up with many third dimensional situations, will eventually impact diet, and what the body starts rejecting. For example, as I progressed spiritually, over time I was able to tune in more with my body. I knew I had to cut out all meat, dairy, processed sugars, soy, and wheat.

If I have any of those food items, my body will react, but I can also intuitively tell it was not good for me. Reactions could be reflux, mucus, diarrhoea, getting hot at night (wheat usually does this), a sudden pain in the chest immediately after putting something into my mouth. There are many reactions that help me know, alongside just “knowing”.

But it’s not just me. I’ve noticed the same situation with many other people, including clients. With my past life regression clients, many are told that they need to slowly start cutting out meat, dairy and so on. The advice is usually unique. It’s not always the same. It also comes from their higher self as they are in a trance state, so it’s not actually their consciousness back here on earth, as I use the QHHT method which enables this to take place.

So that is why meat is not good for the energetic body, which is the foundation of our health.

I am curious what you find for animals which were brought up in more 'humane' conditions. For example, the way our ancestors raised animals or animals from the wild.
I'm particularly intrigued by what you say about the energetic impact.

Yes! One of the things I noticed when I went vegan 10 years ago was how my anxiety lessened and I just felt happier and more connected to earth and all life. This was way before I ever started really getting interested in spirituality (well, I started when I was 19 but then got away from it for many years). For the most part, even humanely raised animals are sent to the same awful slaughterhouses, unfortunately, and the adrenaline that is coursing through their bodies gets stuck in their tissues, which we then ingest. Also, "humanely raised" is largely a marketing term and has very little regulation.

I would recommend watching a documentary called "Earthlings", which is free, here: http://www.nationearth.com/ This shows the way we treat animals in all areas (food, clothing, pets, testing, etc...) and is a real eye-opener.

Good reminder to get on the vegan path again for me. I'm a vegetarian for many years with some vegan phases already but then so far still wasn't entirely able to cut out dairy, sugars and the occasional late evening beer.

Still some work ahead. <:)

A bit of plesure is not bad, too much addiction however yes

I also need a good deal of work but the social and so behavior over years make certain changes more difficult.

Once i read a vegan meal bought in supermarket of someone and found nearly 10 E1 E3 and so on substances on it, and without there is direcly a certain difference in price

I read one channeled source that said meat "brings down your vibration". They didn't go into more detail than that. And meat takes more energy to digest, especially raw meat.

Then there are the studies of tomato plants that respond to being damaged by giving off electrical and chemical signals.

There are also the cases of past lives from Dolores Cannon QHHT, where someone was the whole atmosphere of a planet, the whole ocean, or was a flower for a day, or a caterpillar.

It was interesting stuff.

Our ancestors and nearest relatives (apes) were / are also plant eaters, at least for the main part.

Here's a new article from today on CE:

I have also a few more bookmarks in my browers regarding this topic:

I also think it depends on the kind of body your soul created for the lifetime.

My soul knew this one was going to be super tough (two hunger strikes) life with a lot of physical abuse and so I have a very tough and resilient body which I am profoundly grateful for.

I am fine with milk and cheese.

Love my vege stews though.

Here's an interesting one about that seemingly famous Roe Rogan podcast (seen some bits of his show on YouTube before but did not know that this guy's podcast or interview series is so famous and even deemed influential):

This documentary they discuss by James Cameron is on Netflix: https://www.netflix.com/title/81157840

For those who don't have it you will see a trial period ad (tested it in another browser where I'm not logged into Netflix). Didn't watch any of it but will do since I have Netflix. So this doc is bookmarked now for me.

I am curious what you find for animals which were brought up in more 'humane' conditions. For example, the way our ancestors raised animals or animals from the wild.
The overriding factor, as in what the heaviest influence would be from for lowering the immunity / negative impact, is consuming the flesh of something that has a soul, which many things do of course, so you need to examine the evolutional level including the amount of consciousness it holds, and if that is a group consciousness or single. Such things are not easy for us to know and we can only guess, but there is a lot information out there hinting at what has less of a health impact in terms of the types of meat. For example, seafood is often still eaten by those who give up certain types of meat.

Red meat is obviously the worst, as people who intuitively listen to their body tend to stop having red to begin with. This is also often said by higher self in regression sessions for my clients, and many others that do past life regression. Pig meat is what I intuitively consider one of the unhealthiest. If you look up the intelligence of a pig, they are said to be more intelligent than dogs, and are the 5th most intelligent animal in the world. While intelligence doesn’t always tie into the evolutional level of something, it’s high up there to help us determine the worst / unhealthiest meat to consume. But one lifeform could be quite small, yet intelligent, however their energy impact (soul, energetic system, etc) would be low (normally you would have to eat many of them to actually fill the belly though, such as whitebait for example, and that would be an accumulative effect).

So before man came along and started farming animals, and polluting the ground through mining, pesticides and so on, a wild pig out there in the wilderness, in a natural setting that man never touched, would still not be good for one’s health because of the above. However, it would be a much better choice than a domesticated pig bred to eventually eat, as that pig could have been mistreated, it may have the emotional urge of freedom, it could see other pigs being slaughtered over time so the fear of death builds up (thought forms that accumulate in its field). The food for its diet may not be very healthy and could contain a number of chemicals which goes into the meat.

I also think that when we thank the animal for the sacrifice, such as how some cultures once did, that has a positive impact on the energy that transfers to you when consuming the meat, but that would be minor as in the impact.

Back then, things were more simple in terms of how people lived, so the emotional situations they ran into were not so complex. Meaning, we get sick because of emotions, and above that is the physical immune system. So if we lived a very simple life, without much contact with others, without too many situations to provide learning experiences, we would have a strong immune system from not having the amount of emotional situations to deal with, and think about (in combination with that, not eating junk or processed foods, sugar, chemicals , etc. (I’m talking about, say 500 years ago or whatever)), alongside consuming “healthier” meat). But like I mentioned in the article, the meat would still add to the density of your vibration, lowering it somewhat, and being a type of barrier for your spiritual development.

At its base, in the end it comes down to the vibration and frequency of what you consume, and what your vibration and frequency is in that moment. (this sentence just popped into mind so I'm not going to think about it too hard, just share it! :p)

I also think it has to do with your centredness when eating. For instance, are you gabbing about anything while putting food in your mouth, and swallowing it unconsciously, or are you sitting, perhaps alone, but being aware as you raise the fork or spoon, and feel the impact of the food as it enters your mouth, and gives up its goodness to you?

I recall seeing two Tibetan monks eating McDonalds burgers in London. When I asked them about it and their spirituality, they said one can get to the stage where you can transmute anything and everything.

One of my goals for 2020 / the new decade is going fully vegan (so far I was vegetarian). I actually already started it using up my stored food with animal proteins (dairy etc.) til the end of year, so I am actually 'there' already.

CE posts a lot of articles on this topic still. Here is another one:

Are you guys trying to sell your selves on being Vegan or me as a meat eater? I'm 62 and except for 1 pill a day for hypertension I'm fit (about 20 pounds overweight) healthy and happy. You guys have all the zeal and sanctimony of an ex smoker. I will carry on as I am until my body tells me otherwise. Enjoy your convictions as I am enjoying mine. I'm just getting tired of the sales pitch across social media and here too now.

Hey, Puck, I don't take it that way because Sinera has always mentioned wanting to be a vegan. I guess he's just been taking his time going for a lifestyle change. I wish you all health in your bodies. Since I now have not one, but two debilitating and life-threatening illnesses, I know that every ounce of health you have is a blessing. Go in big strides to enjoy this while it is favouring you. I still find myself wearing a smile, even though I am juggling pain and smiles some days. I do think we each have a script and a part to play, and if it calls for you to be hearty and spry into your nineties, go for it! I don't think it is all 100% about what you eat or ingest (though of course, that is a driver).

Love to both of you.

Correct, well remembered. I just wanted to share my happiness about this (already implemented) successful new years resolution. I would not even have posted here in this thread again, but remembered this one created by Laron and just included the newest CE article on this topic too because I had just read it a few moments before.
Yeah, anyone of you can eat/drink whatever you want, my friends, no selling or preaching here, never been a good preacher anyway. I'm a libertarian at heart (although I generally avoid any self-labelling as it is always restricting and limiting the self). So everyone is free to choose and stick to their lifestyle, beliefs opinions, etc. o:)

Will do, at least in spirit. And I'll bring some German beer.
Love to both of you.
Love to you too, HM. Wish you strength and health in 2020, sending you and PG all the good energy now for a vibrant and healthy 2020!

Just came across this new CE article:

Study: A Diet High In Animal Protein Associated With A 75 Percent Increased Risk of Early Death

Just for the record, although I do have Type 2 Diabetes and related NASH (liver syndrome) I was vegetarian for 18 years in my 20s and 30s (eating no fish, poultry or meat, not even a slice of bacon...) But it is the carbs I consumed and which my body can't process that gave me this metabolic imbalance.

I feel there is definitely something correlating veganism with advanced awareness. I know a few years back when I had quite a profound awakening that my intuition was directing me to a vegan life style. Lots of citrus and spirulina. I get the notion this was in preparation for ongoing experiences and was led to believe that it helped detach from the physical plane. It makes sense to me that the cleaner the body is then the higher a vibration would be carried. After a while (6 months or so) I often felt euphoric and during that period I definitely was ultra sensitive. It got to the point a few months later that holding that vibration felt very uncomfortable and my body started telling me to consume white meats again. Perhaps this was the addiction talking but I feel like my body does not function properly on a strict vegan diet. I try to avoid red meat now days and stick mainly to poultry. It's difficult keeping a balanced vegan diet in today's society especially now my body is highly rejecting sugar I've been reassessing my diet. I agree with the monks and find myself often placing a hand over my food thanking for my meal and asking for all negative emotions to be removed aswell as bugs, parasites, trans fats, impurities and toxins.

Yeah, let those trans-fats move right through the system and into the whirlpool of transmutational energies, which will go full circle and manifest them once more as a cow.

I remember Living in the hood and there being no Fresh greens available - everything in cans and plastic and printet cardboard. I believe there must be an equal access to elevate one self and the focus on and the force of the food regime is just another way to make us divided. Eat in moderation, eat what is available, small steps. It's insanity how much We let ourselves get distracted by food. It's insain how People over eat While others go hungry. There are storage spaces Where food sit to Rot to keep the prices up. Then in my privileged part of the World more and more initiatives of No plastic supermarkets and past expiration date whole sales.
Vegan or not - It's a freedom of choice.
