Stonehenge has puzzled people for a long time and has been an ancient mystery. I do work in evolutionary cosmology and a big part of my work involves planet Earth, the human race and why life exists here the way that it does. What has been a big question for me is if planet Earth is almost 5 billion years old, then why have they only discovered certain ancestry from homo sapiens that are only 6-7 million years old known as hominids. Hominids were the intermediates between apes and people...

Gobeki Tepe is even many thousands of years older than Stonehenge. And even more sophisticated. Just saying. Stonehenge is certainly not the only remnant of a past civilisation and for sure not the oldest we have found so far. Who knows what is still waiting for us to be discovered.

Gobekli Tepe is supposed to date to about 10,000BC, at the same time some meteors hit earth, and wiped out a bunch of life in North America. There are meteor hits which date to this time in Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina.

In an unknown time period there is a stone road underwater in the Caribbean ocean. The road starts on one of the islands there and simply goes right into the ocean. So the road was probably made when the ice caps were larger and the ocean was lower. Bimini road.

Another stone road is about 20ft underwater near India and there is a myth which mentions one of the "gods" made this road, which was on the ridge of a large hill. This road also predates 10,000BC. Could it be the bridge that links India with Sri Lanka 20 miles away? Article.

At this point, it gets very interesting because this bridge is actually described in ancient Hindu scriptures. In the epic it is mentioned how Ramayana built a bridge 1,700,000 years ago between Rameshwaram (today's India) and the coast of Sri Lanka.

According to Dr. Elias, of the University of Colorado's Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, the Bering Land Bridge was flooded about 10,500 years ago.
As for the Yonaguni structure near Japan, I don't have enough evidence to call it man made so I lean towards it being natural.

The Underwater City in the Gulf of Cambay, also known as the Gulf of Khambhat Cultural Complex is a huge submerged city off the western coast of India, 120 feet (36 meters) below the sea level. It was discovered accidentally in 2001 by Indian oceanographers who found enormous geometrical structures with a side-scan sonar. The site was soon investigated and identified as undoubtedly man-made. Marine archaeologists found construction material, sections of walls, sculpture, pottery and human remains. These were carbon dated and found to be about 9,500 years old. This corresponds with the end of the Ice Age some 9,000 to 10,000 years ago when the melting of the ice caps elevated the sea levels and probably also submerged the ancient city in the Gulf of Cambay. If the Underwater City in the Gulf of Cambay is really as old as it appears to be, it predates the earliest known cities in Mesopotamia for as much as 5,000 years. Source.
