I found this article today that I thought could be an interesting topic for us after hearing mention it in radio talk show: "

"Study Suggests Octopuses Have Alien Origin
May 16, 2018
An intriguing new scientific paper proposes that octopuses, as we know them, may have developed their unique characteristics due to an alien intervention. The rather sensational supposition was backed by a whopping 33 scientists who contributed to the study which was published in the journal Progress in Biophysics and Molecular Biology. Specifically, they looked at what is known as the 'Cambrian explosion,' a time in the distant past when organisms on Earth suddenly and inexplicably went from single cell species to complex creatures.
The researchers postulate that this transformation was fueled by an inadvertent alien intervention through viruses deposited via comets passing near the planet. Known as panspermia, this theory has been offered many times in the past by scientists attempting to decipher how life on Earth began. However, the newly-published paper points to one creature in particular that could be a clue that the theory has merit." Yes Carl, it appears that octopuses, are very interesting creatures. Terreance Mackena (spelling bad) had a lot to say about them. He says they have a visual language, based on their colour changes

I think panspermia is generally envisioned as developed living particles somehow shipping in on the flotsam and jetsam spun off from a dust cloud as the planet travels through new regions of space, or else embedded in a meteorite which then arrives on Earth and looses off its cargo. But I don't see the universe as wads of empty space with the occasional passing frozen comet. I like the unified field theory and electric universe, where everything including space is consciousness. Then something could appear through dynamism if the conditions were right, the components were right, and the consciousness was triggered or activated. What's to say this "sparking" of life couldn't happen simultaneously in multiple regions of space and then go on to develop at its own pace through evolution?

Perhaps that could account for many extraterrestrial races being basically "humanoid" in appearance -not discounting similarities in the insectoid or cetacean types.

I don't believe in panspermia, neither in evolution as such, at least not the Darwinian kind. Panspermia is a backdoor for the mainstream still steeped in materialism and scientism. Well, at least it 'helps' these people then to somehow accept alien life elsewhere - and now even 'here' on Earth (?). So it does some good for these close-minded people since it serves as a 'bridge' somehow. It's the only concept they could come up with to at least somehow dare accept it and still uphold their (pseudo-scientific) Darwinian paradigm.

I believe 'aliens' have/had a more direct influence on Earth and mankind history. That means seeding as well as later DNA-tweaking and -mixing, experimental nor not, maybe even a lot of what we perceive (because it's invisible) as 'evolution'.

And there is also truth in what HM indicated from a metaphysical point of view. There are thought-forms (tulpas) or universal blueprints in the non-physical available for creation processes everywhere in the universe. These blueprints (human, reptilian, bird, grey, insectoid, etc. - all with variants and possible different degrees of intelligences, self-awareness and sentience - but all conscious!) are used for creation.

It is all created by consciousness, conscious groups of beings that act as seeders for life on planets. And planets themselves also were created by the 3D universes for it all.

Yes, these creators / group of beings / 'gods' might be what we call typical aliens, physical or 'higher' dimension origin, or both. They are not really gods, but do 'God's' (= Source, All That Is) work in a way.

Ahhh the trouble with scientists. Most have a mind like a steel trap. Slammed shut and nothing gets in or out. Besides that they are not allowed to talk of Alien intervention of any type. Lest that raises questions of our own being here. Nope can't talk about that. Move along, nothing to see here. Move along....
I got the idea originally from Lai and Laron on a QHHT session in which one of Lai's jobs in a previous existance was to seed life on new worlds. This makes total sense to me that there would be races of folk whose porpose would be to kick start life on a planet by seeding it and watch it grow. The octopus may well have been brought here to fill a niche with intellegent life in the Oceans as well as Cetaceans. I suppose once life becomes established and exoanding these Aliens will move on to the next planet to continue their work.
All very natural to me.

Yep. The seeder races because they have done their job. I believe though that parts of them or others taking over as guardians, watchers, zookeepers (LOL), helpers of some kind. And there are of course other groups that have a less benign role who come and go it seems.

I totally agree with you Sinera, planet seeding is done purposely, also the DNA encoding of the creatures being seeded has to be stored in that planet's Akashic Records, panspermia wouldn't do that.

So it seems then that we would have in general two types of possible lines of thought regarding creation; first, the intelligent/targeted/conscious creation carried by seeded races, and second, the random/unconscious one like the one proposed by panspermia -astrobiology has found fossils (simple organisms) in meteorites -even though there is discussion between scientists regarding those studies, like contamination of the samples, etc.

Of course, there is too a side door, meaning that a seeded alien race for example could send an asteroid, or other vehicle (spacecraft) loaded with living organisms, thus merging both lines of thought through a "directed panspermia" process to populate the universe. It makes me think though about the first race in the universe, the prime race if you may, and how it could have been created in 3d to start the process -assuming they became at some point the first seeder race.

When you become aware that elements of the cosmos that are thought of as "things" such as Suns and galaxies, are in fact creator beings, it gives a lot more scope for how the dynamic moment of creation actually manifests. As Sinera mentioned, things are prepared in etheric and higher causal realms, before "their time is right" to exist in form and substance.

I have always encountered the term 'panspermia' as one where seeding was done with purpose, so to me, this idea of 'panspermia' being inadvertent is a new one.
Looked at from that viewpoint, an article saying what you report above Carl, could be viewed as a 'bending' of viewpoints that were wont to be rigidly opposed to any type of panspermia related idea until very recently, i.e. that were rigidly opposed to any version of the idea of pan/galactic input into terran development.
Must be all those sci fi books I read growing up. It seems obvious to me that in a wide, wide universe, somebody would be doing this somewhere sometime/s.
Why not here too?

I also think the theory of opportunism has some merit. Where there's a gap and a place on the good ol' vine that's advantageous and not being worked over by some other prickly critter, why not jump into the fray and make good use of the windfall? Might have to change and adjust to be the best fit for purpose.

Thinking of octopi, they are highly intelligent, sneaky and deceptive, being able to trick lesser beings in their vicinity by their mastery of wardrobe. No need to run for the hills when you can just look like a spongy rock to the passing predator.

In the near future we will probably have to expand our views regarding the creation process as our knowledge of what a "conscious being" truly is incorporates more spiritual ideas into the current scientific concepts. Sinera and Hailstones Melt's opinions actually give us a glimpse regarding how those future views will sound in my humble opinion.
