Dear Dena, Tom, whomever else this may concerns, everyone both on/ff of here:,

I am back yet again with more regarding all of both of my beauty/grooming/personal care concern/questions. With even yet another change in the products that I use and even more.

This is the 2nd time in this past 6 mo that I have done this. Hopefully, this will be the last last time in my lifetime that I will have to do this.

What prompted the change in the first place is basically mainly to do with the money part of it. More then anything else including change. Decided to go for something that has/d the full range all in one product range. As opposed having to go more then one.

At the first I went with whatever was on sale i/on, but in the end I felt that it wasn’t for me. Especially, that specific company founder/owners also still had another brand as well. Of course I felt that I really didn’t do enough learn/researching both on/ffline regarding all of it.

In which this time I really felt a little bit more of it that I felt more comfortable with my decision here.

In the end that I choose what I put above and had been on/ff with this particular for quite sometime. Ever since I saw it as a pick in a magazine for it. At the same time it has been around since 1921 aka the 1st modern apothecary. It really has stayed the same through their 100th (2021) yr history. Of course to me still really love.

Sometimes we forget that our skin is our largest organ, and what we put on it is absorbed into our body. I've heard of Weleda and they seem to make an effort to avoid chemicals. The app - think dirty - looks like it might be helpful, too.

It can be a real journey to figure out what works best for our skin types. This winter has been tough because it has been so dry and the heat has run more than usual.

One thing I've learned is to make the first step taking care of your skin from the inside out, too - plenty of water and omega 3s.

as i work in the alimentation sector i have also the impression it's with other things also

toothpaste can also be quite tricky with fluriode and aluminium in it, but there exists also without

I haven’t heard of this brand name. Can always cheaply make your own products using apple cider vinegar and coconut oil.

I would look for any strange long words that you don't know, then google it, but the best solution, and possibly the quickest, is to just get natural healthy products that clearly state what is in them, rather than get stuck with having to research strange ingredients on the typical products that are typically produced on a large scale.
