Here's an all-natural face mask that I love and use twice per month. It cleans out your pores and removes dead skin. Your skin takes on a beautiful glow and becomes very soft the first time you use it. It's not for sissies though. ;) It's strong and your face will be very red for a few hours after you wash the mask off. I've given instructions below for normal and delicate skin. If you have super delicate skin skip on by and don't use this mask.

Ingredients:
Organic Food Grade Bentonite Clay
Apple Cider Vinegar (organic is best)
Water

For normal skin make a solution of half water and half vinegar. For sensitive skin use one part vinegar to two parts water. In a glass bowl place 2 tablespoons (about 30 ml) of the Bentonite clay and mix in just enough of the vinegar/water solution to make the clay wet enough to apply it to your face. The mask should be thick. Don't use too much liquid. The mask may sizzle a little from the vinegar.

Put the mask on your face and don't get it too close to your eyes. Let the mask completely dry. You will feel a strong pulling sensation as the mask dries. The clay shrinks as it dries and pulls impurities from your pores while the acid in the vinegar removes dead skin. Once the mask is completely dry wet it and remove the clay with tepid water and a wash cloth. Then rinse your face with cold water and use your favorite moisturizer.

Use a glass bowl and never use metal utensils to mix the mask. Use a wood or plastic spoon only. Do not store unused portions. Start a fresh mask mixture each time you use it.
