My ears, too. Intense pressure and low noise is too much. Was going to run errands and came back home because the road noise (tires on pavement) was uncomfortable.
I have already gone through the physical ascension that many others are going through now. Now I am going through mental and emotional ascension while others are going through the physical. I noticed the last two Tuesday’s I was hit with sudden intense anxiety. At the same time some major energy came through on the Schumann Resonance. So those of you done with the physical ascension and thought you were done with ascension symptoms. We aren’t done we are going through mental and emotional ascension. We have to go through this to be mentally and emotionally strong. We have to be able to have complete control of our emotions and thoughts. These up and down emotions that are caused by energy shifts are training you to have control. There has to be a balance between heart and mind to be fully in control. When faced with this intense anxiety I go into mediation. This seems to help me calm down and get a grip. When the anxiety hits it is sudden. Your mind will find something to be anxious about. The only thing to calm this down is mediation. I must admit I became lazy about mediation and slacked off. I would tell myself that as long as I was doing spiritual stuff I could skip mediation. Nope I need to meditate and calm my mind. Mediation worked better than acupuncture on my anxiety. The energy that came through Tuesday was so intense it blocked my left knee chakras and my left knee swelled.

I just love it when people share their personal experiences of the shift, so brave to put it out there for everyone to help create a sense of community.
My left knee always becomes stiff when I have grief to clear. If I find I cannot bend it during weeding or something, I know I am going to weep later. It is the feminine leg.
I too have experienced anxiety in the last ten days. A wise friend pointed out that there is a lot of general anxiety in the consciousness as political trials in the US loom. Not to mention of course the wars. I reckon anxiety must be high in the Yemen and Syria.
I use EFT because it is faster than finding somewhere to meditate. I will stand behind a tree or go to a toilet and tap away then go back to my garden feeling clearer.
I am also really working on "not thinking"
Big shift in self-concept in the past couple of days, building to last night when it felt like a new reality popped into place. In going over a memory that gives me a lot to process, which I use from time to time to work on forgiveness, I had the absolute understanding that "This was something from Maryann's past", thinking of myself in the third person. Seemed perfectly natural. As I've had a few experiences of "replacement" over the years, it's not a totally new thing, but this was, because it was so clearly unrelated to any kind of event, just a memory while half-asleep. Detaching more and more, but this was a massive rip from the old. God it feels good!
i don t know why but the toilet has a certain power, calm down the mind finding interesting ideas and so on

Solstice day was a beauty for me. Just a lot of beautiful energy in everyone around me. Like a lot of old patterns had finally been resolved and put to rest.
I so appreciated it as it's been a rough couple of months.
Also a big sense of this being a taste of what is to come. Such a relief! It was only later I'd realized it was solstice day that this was happening at which point it seemed all the more fitting.

I've seen up to a triple rainbow on one occasion. There was even a piece of a fourth rainbow for a while. It lasted for quite some time and was around the time period a comet was visible at dusk at the same time. I think it was Halley's comet? if I recall correctly? It was a pretty big celestial event at the time which I noted even though I was very busy with my own life at the time.
I recall having the great good luck to be out in an area that had a 'big sky' on a clear day so that all this was very visible and jaw-droppingly amazing.
This would have been around 1996 or so.
We also lived in a house a few years back which, during a particular time of year + time of day would relatively often have rainbows show up; once even a complete double bow with a bit of triple.
We got to know that purplish colour that seemed pregnant with potential for rainbows and when it showed up I'd take the kids out to look for rainbows. Very often they'd show up or would be there waiting around the corner to be found.

Another thing I realized I wanted to post here was that a friend and I both had a similar experience. It consisted of feeling like something that had been dead of dying was reawakening within us. It was a strong creative force that kept coming up in conversation in funny, very un-PC but gentle and wise ways. When we compared notes later we realized that both of us a few days ago, about the same time, had also had the experience of feeling like we'd seen colours like never before, within 'our mind's eye'. Colours with an 'unbelievable' brightness.
Then, this morning I smelled some really strong specific smells (peanut butter was one) associated with specific emotions (fear in this case) that I could relate to things which had been happening in my life and which I felt I was ready to let go of on yet another level. I'm still sort of working on it fully.
What then caught my eye was a visual of my nose becoming (again, in my mind's eye) bigger, so big that it was cavernous and oh so strong. I am interpreting this as having some sort of stronger sense of smelling things that are out of sorts in (for lack of a better term) my 'mind's nose' (to use the analogy of 'the mind's eye'). This is happening as I clear, slowly, over years, all kinds of gunk in my sinuses. I note that sinuses are basically 'caverns'. I also felt all this playing out in terms of bones, muscles, etc falling back into place in my face and head, sometimes with an audible click.
When I had the exppansion of 'mind's nose' following a few days after the 'mind's eye' it seemed fitting to note it here. Perhaps somebody else has had some sort of similar experience?

The "older" I get (I'm not really getting older, I'm "YOUTHING" ) the more I feel this is true. Ever since I started "welcoming" these, I just feel more and more ENERGIZED by them. I've stopped seeing them as something to assimilate or adjust to and just see my energy signature getting brighter and brighter!
Then I see and intend for them to flow through me, unhindered, to bring much needed Love to All That Is.

I concur. I feel both more energized and calm lately. Also seeing 42 frequently.
Similarly, I'm also seeing the polarity along political lines (in the USA anyway) widening, and people's tempers flaring for no reason other than "perceived" slights/unfairness/SJW (well, in certain areas anyway). It is almost as if we are seeing the separation between 42 and 33 in real-time.

I also try my best to let it flow. The actual problems of my mom who seems deep in line 33 gives me lately some struggles.

The more I grow and expand, the more I realise it is impossible to judge where others are at: they are just seeing the contours of their own created world reflecting back at them through various sentient forms who have agreed to be part of their "play" and stick to the story line. I grew up in a family where "winning the judgement game" was ongoing, which is ultimately hurtful and bruising - both for the judgmental and the judged. In the expanded, wider view, you just see things/people as being where they are because that's where they're at.
I think people make judgements about others because it delineates their own ego-separation. "I like this, I don't like that". I think heavy duty judgement is just something you grow out of as you spiritually mature. Of course, you are still the butt of being judged.... but I guess it gets lighter the higher you go.

Nose represents root chakra.......both my friend and I had a cold sore in our noses on the right side at the same time. Definitely weird stuff going on, I too get smells.

Being battered on all sides. Just grief, huge amounts of grief. I weed, then come in , have a sob then back to weeding.

Judging it is so easy for most people to follow judgments on others. But if you make the others thoughtif if that was really necessarry a change can arrive
That’s a good reframe Stargazer . It sort of reminds me of being on a rollercoaster and while going up and anticipating the next downward slope, do you say, “Oh no! Here we go again?!” or “weeeeeeee!”WOW!!! That's IMPRESSIVE!!!!
