Russell Targ — Remote Viewing and the ESP Trainer
Russell Targ, a parapsychologist, physicist, author remote viewer and pioneer in the development of lasers and laser applications, did a half hour talk as part of a daylong programme — "Brother, Can You Spare a Paradigm?” — at the Vortex Immersion Dome in Los Angeles (US) on April 14th, 2013.
Back in 1972, Targ and Harold Puthoff coined the term, “remote viewing”, so he was also one of the earlier people to develop and investigate this psychic ability in modern times.
In the 1970’s and 80’s, Russell Targ co-founded the Stanford Research Institute (SRI), which was all about the investigation into the psychic abilities.
