For some of us we've moved beyond certain aspects of the human condition so that the focus of which we had in many lives previous is becoming different in this one. For the volunteers, this is also the case, but just somewhat different for each indvidiual on a case to case basis as they progress through their lives, with situations activating this and that, helping tomove them along.
While some elements remain the same for those caught up in the standard day to day life of a human down here on Earth (who are not awake yet), other elements of the energy system have shifted. What this means is that while our emotional links to our health still control our physical vehicle that our spirit resides, we become more sensitive to outside influences.
The word bombardment comes to mind as the energies continue to increase during this chaotic time. Duality is becoming more balanced as many changes occur.
It feels time to explain that it can help us a lot to clear and protect ourselves—our energy body, made up of many components—through daily visualisation techniques. About four and a half years ago I wrote a guide for this purpose, which is something I refer to frequently when mentoring and guiding others. Feel free to check this out for instructions on how to go about clearing and putting up a shield (best done two to three times a day). Feel free to use whatever method you feel is best for you, which may be none of these. What I find is that we can each resonate with something for good reason, and that is why there are so many different forks in the road for us when we travel the spiriutal path, and why there is so much conflicting information out there.
As an alternative clearing method, I find that think of rain or the way shower water comes down ove ryou, is a great visualisation to use for clearing as well, or perhaps a secondary method after using one that goes more within. Or you may want something stronger, like seeing yourself standing under a waterfall.
After using these methods long term, as in years, it became second nature and I no longer had to put the intention in to use them each day, They were automatic. But over time it can be helpful to check in again with your energy to see if that process is still occurring, and/or required.
After sending and/or recieving healing within our distant healing session, feel free to put some time into using a clearing technique, and a shield technique, with our group. A group setting can make intentions more powerful at times, if each person is holding a similar intention and purpose (in person or distantly).
As an alternative, instead of working on your self within the session, you can use these techniques on the group while within our forest clearing. Just make the size of the visualisations appropriate to the size of the group. You can then help to clear the group and then put up a shield. This shield is not stopping anything we need, as in the energies that are helping us, it is simply providing a layer of protection against what we don't need — that can include mischivious beings and unwanted attachments.

The purpose of these 20 minute weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.

The setting we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.

The time for the session is the same each week, based around Laron's time to make things easier, which is 1 PM on a Saturday in Texas, USA (CDT). All the other times reflect this time, but this time is worked out to accommodate the greater number of people based on their geographical location.
USA: Saturday: 2 pm EDT, 12 pm MDT, 1 pm CDT, 11 am PDT
Europe: France (Paris), Switzerland, Sweden, Saturday: 8 pm
UK: England (London), Ireland (Dublin), Saturday: 7 pm
Russia: (Moscow), Saturday: 10 pm
