This message came in today, and I felt it was in line with the dreams I've been having lately, as well as the topics of other conversations here. I saw voices being able to reach farther, which feels similar to "fibers". Then we have the influx of energies and a sense of a new energy pattern. Not sure about "maritimes", but maybe it pertains to Admiralty or Maritime Law, which is in effect outside the borders of a country or perhaps celestial sailors.
Preliminaries of Gaia ascension have completed.
Subsequent Higher Energies are released, and accepted by Humanity.
