About a year ago, I listened to an interview with Nick Polizzi, who is a producer and director of documentaries about holistic alternatives to conventional medicine. I was impressed with his ability to mesh with indigenous people from many countries. I get email notices from his website, and the one today really struck home.

Is there a conversation that you've been putting off with a friend or loved one?

I get this because we can be so overwhelmed with day to day existence that taking a few quiet minutes with one near and dear to you gets lost in the shuffle. So much of our evenings are taken up with working out schedules for this and that, noting things that need to be fixed, etc. I need to do better on this one.

When is the last time you put yourself outside your comfort zone?

Ok, I do much better here, as lately I've become "Farmer Linda" and am teaching myself to spin wool.

How about you all?

You can read more about his work on this website. http://www.thesacredscience.com

Doing a lot of family time recently.
Might change in a bit and shift the balance.
I'm working on being present wherever I am, lol!

When is the last time you put yourself outside your comfort zone?
Heading over a music festival last weekend was out of my comfort zone as it's just not my type of thing. Somewhat similar to Burning Man, the annual Good Vibe Getdown event (https://www.goodvibegetdown.com/) was right next door to where I'm staying here in Arizona. With free tickets thanks to the neighbor who owns the land, I visited a few times while it was occurring. It did have workshops, yoga, art in addition to the various musical stages.

I was amazed at how many cars and tents and RV's, yet so little people. I suspect they all come out at 3am, not 7PM or 9PM when I was over there on two of the nights. The music did go until about 9AM.

Here's a few pictures!
