Making Liposomal Encapsulated Vitamin C At Home
Known as the Internet Chef, Bridget Davis talks about how to make your own Lipsomal encapsulated vitamin c. But what is that? Through encapsulating the vitamin C in a double layer (a bilayer — Liposomes), the vitamin c is protected as it's delivered into the body. So the dose is therefore more potent.

While another effective method to deliver vitamin c into the body can be through a intravenous injection (see the wiki entry on vitamin c mega doses here), as this provides a high dose in a shorter period of time, Bridget explains that Liposomal encapsulated vitamin c is said to be six to eight times more potent than an intravenous injection, but that it's also a lot cheaper than the IV solution.
