Laron, I expect you did your squats on the plane?
I had to take a break so I wouldn't aggravate this shoulder and bad neck pain I have had. Today it may be noticeably better, but it did get quite extreme for a half a week or so. I should be able to start up the squats again in a day or two.

I'm sorry about your neck pain. Those sudden seizes can be quite debilitating. <3

I skipped yesterday. We'll see how it goes today if I make it up. I have the farm tomorrow.

Edit: and sure enough, you were just posting as I was, and adding a pile of other stuff besides, lol.

I've been spotty at posting (for a bunch of reasons) but I've kept up the squats and am pretty sure I've even 'banked' a few more.
The wonderful part is that my pace seems to be getting a teensy bit faster:)

This past week I’ve been a giant slacker. Tomorrow would have been my day 40! So I am tacking on another week for myself and starting tomorrow. Been feeling pretty sleepy & weak after 10 squats lately. Overall I’m healthier, despite the energetic ups and downs.

Everyone who has participated here is doing great! Thank you for doing this with me. I think we help each other do our best.

You will have to look back and work it out, otherwise you will be going until... well, that big event comes and pulls us out into our astral bodies I guess! ;-)
Nah, I'm just using your count since we started at the same time:-))
If that doesn't work, I'll just go back to the first day and count.
And if I do some extras, I get more exercise. I'm doing that anyway, banking 10 extras most days.

Got today's done.

Good job, Guys!

I tried & wasn’t able to get through them today due to fatigue & weakness. My dr will probably run thyroid labs again tomorrow. This happens to me & I’m used to it.

Good job, Guys!

I am taking a break from exercise until my health is back in order. It’s making my fatigue worse. Sometimes it helps & gives me energy and sometimes it makes it worse.

I will keep cheering you on from the sidelines. :)
