On the mends over here so happy squatting again! 150 done today. (2 sets of 50 in the morning and 1 set of 50 this afternoon). I have 100 squats to make up, so I plan on 150 tomorrow, then back to at least 50.

Ya’ll are doing a good job. If you skipped, keep going. Don’t give up!

100 today to make up for whatever day that was that I didn't... then I sat under the bole of my favourite tree and relaxed:-D

I did 50 when I woke up this morning. It was harder after doing 150 yesterday. I have 100 to make up, which seems very doable.
I spent an hour on my elliptical with positive affirmations.

I'm happy to do my 50 again and happier yet that I'm up to doing it in sets of 25:)
Happier still that those last ones, while still being the biggest challenge, are getting easier gradually.

I think it helps a lot to have a few people doing this with us.

I'm reminded of doing the lemonade (master cleanse) detox where you can't eat food for 10 days or so. It makes life much easier when people are not feasting in front of your face, and the opposite applies when people are exercising in front of your face... encouragement!

Today I was grateful that I considered doing a first set of 30 (up from 25, started with 20). It stayed a passive consideration today, but the thought is out there circling round 'in the ether' someplace. Could be something I grab anytime!

Really, though, our bodies are amazing! They can be brought so low and then trained up again to do so much if you are lucky/persistent/annoying enough to keep looking for the key to resolve what's bugging it.
I need a 'gratitude' icon today. This one will do nicely:-D

45 dumbbell floor presses, 300 skips, 45 min walk and short run, 20 pull-ups, 45 dumbbell flyes and 30 situps.

I missed yesterday. I'm not being a good role model at the moment!

There's a lot going on for me.

We should do planks next. Haha gosh, those are tough.
I did lots of planking when the meme was first out! ;-)

I did 100 today and have 50 to make up.
The first 50 I did once I woke up, the second 50 in my kitchen while baking dinner. You can do them just about anywhere! My dog decided this would be a good time for me to pet him every time I was down low. Whoa! Hooray for multi-tasking & happy pups. :)

Wow, you guys are setting the bar high again...
I was so happy I did my 50 with a first set of 35 today + an extra 10 just because I could (and because I suspect there'll be days when I really need to rely on those little extras:rolleyes:)

Ok, I may be sore tomorrow, but I made up my last 50 before bed and am now all caught up. I feel better without that in the back of my mind.

My 50 is done. I was sore, so only did 30 in the morning and the rest later.
