I had a massive allergic reaction starting yesterday afternoon and leading to my husband calling in the Dr at 4am because I had a panic attack, couldn't breathe and nearly fainted. I got a shot and a pill. 8 hours later am still feeling the effects of the drugs, very nauseous and drowsy but my skin has cleared up. Have no idea what I reacted to as I have no allergies or intolerances and I didn't eat or do anything new. There is a part of me that believes this could be related to the energetic shifts that are going on lately.

Do you have any similar experiences?

Seems to have been a real anaphylactic shock reaction. Since you say that unusual food or new medication were not the cause, did you check you body for any (even if small) insect bites or stings? Food, pills and insects are the usual suspects for this kind of shock. Get well soon.

My energetic symptoms usually are extra sleep, head and muscle aches, and spaciness.
Hope you are feeling better!

Here's to a speedy recovery!

I've noticed some unusual tiredness despite getting plenty of sleep lately, but there's been a lot going on in my day-to-day. Just in the last week or two, one of our cats (she's 14) started having numerous seizures every day and our female dog, Autumn (my meditation buddy) started experiencing frequent and unexplained pains. The cat seems more or less ready to "move on", but our dog is only 6, and the meds the vet gave her seem to be helping a great deal.

It seems rather "coincidental" to me that all this is happening so suddenly, and wonder if the shift is somehow affecting them too.

As for me, I've also experienced random and unexplained tearing in my eyes--in fact, it's hitting me right now, and I've never been aware of having any allergies before.

Ya SG that same teariness is driving me nuts too. My eyes will suddenly fill with water. Very strange...

Thank you all for your messages and well wishes.

After two weeks now my skin has calmed down and the rash has subsided. But it took two weeks! This has never happened to me before. In fact I know I've had an outbreak of rash twice in my life. Both times it disappeared within a day. To say this was a bizarre experience is an understatement. I know it wasn't anything I ate or an insect bite. It all started a couple of hours after an acupuncture session. My guess is something was released then, which in combination with the intense energies of June caused this reaction.

Another option is that it was a detox symptom. I have been cleansing and detoxing a lot in the last couple of months since the holographic scan through Transients in April. I've finished two liver flushes so far and changed my diet to vegetarian. It could be the detox in combination with the June energies.

Whatever it was am glad it's calmed down. It was physically quite intense and am glad am on the mends.

Stargazer I hope your pets are doing alright and that your symptoms have subsided?

Pucksterguy How are you doing?

Detox is of course a possibility for the skin rash. But not for the acute breathing problems unless they were psychologically based due to the fear reaction? It just read in the OP as if it was based on the anaphylactic reaction too, at first. But maybe it was just the panic attack. Good to hear that you are fine again.

Chiming in late heard, Golmona, as I am away from Internet most of the time. So briefly, I felt a 'yes' reading your thought that this was related to your detox. As always, check in w yourself!
Also, if you can get good quality essential oils, you could try the combo of lemon w peppermint and lavender. A drop of each on a spoon w juice (as it is strong tasting) is hoe I have seen it work, +/_ in a diffuser too

Yes it was the panic attack and the fact that all the blood had accumulated under my skin leaving less blood for the rest of my body. This is how the dr explained it to me as well :)

I love essential oils and use them in a diffuser daily. Thanks! That sounds like a great combo :)
